Thank you for purchasing a RedAwning.com stay in North Lake Tahoe!

To redeem your voucher, just follow these easy steps:
Step 1 - Select a Property:

Take a look at our Livingsocial North Lake Tahoe Deal   page, or search participating properties* for availability, by entering "Promo23" with quotations in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay.

*Note:  Not all Lake Tahoe properties are participating in this promotion.

Step 2 - Choose Your Travel Dates*:

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.  Please read the Rental Agreement . Click the box to accept the agreement, and click “Book Now."

Step 3 - Complete Your Reservation Online with Your Credit Card:

Please enter your billing information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your voucher.  Our system automatically charges ONLY a 50% deposit on the standard reservation cost to hold your reservation.  We will adjust your reservation after receiving your voucher, and then we will collect the balance to cover tax and cleaning 60 days prior to the arrival date, or 24 hours after your reservation if your arrival is within 60 days. Please read the Rental Agreement for more billing information.  

Step 4 - Place Voucher Code in "Notes" field:

After you've entered in all of your information, please add your Voucher ID into the "notes" field. You will receive an updated copy of your booking confirmation email. If you want to book immediately, but haven't received your voucher number yet, you can still complete your booking and email your voucher number to [email protected] once you receive it. How do I get my Tahoe Summer Perks Card?

It's easy! Just click on the link on the Promotional Page that says " Redeem Tahoe Perks Card ".

  • Add the Tahoe Summer Perks Card to your cart
  • Enter your Discount/Voucher Code and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  • Please give us your shipping information and you should be good to go!

Are dogs allowed?

Can this be used for the holidays?

How do I pick my dates for the deal?

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page (any of the participating properties ) and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.

Can I add a extra night on the weekend to my stay?

Go for it! Every extra night is at the same promotional rate!

What are the cleaning fees?

The cleaning fees reflects the amount of work needed to fully prepare the property for the next renter.  Note that for vacation rentals, a housecleaner needs to travel to the location, clean all rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, and launder all sheets and towels.  

Can I use this voucher for other properties?

Vouchers are only valid for  participating properties .

Wait, what?! Do I get charged the regular price for booking?

Don't worry,  we only charge a 50% deposit to hold your reservation  and we will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number.

What if I want to cancel my voucher?

The standard  RedAwning cancellation policy  applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.

What isn't included in the voucher?

Taxes & cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase, and will be added in final billing.

What is the total cost with my voucher?

Remember, you already paid for the voucher, so we don't charge that here.

Voucher + Cleaning Fee + Taxes (10% County Tax) = Total Consumer Cost

How do I upgrade to the Luxury TreeHouse ?

You can book the  Luxury TreeHouse in Tahoe Donner with Hot Tub and Media Room  using your voucher by booking as you normally would and entering in the voucher in the "Notes" field of the payment page.

The voucher offers a discount of it's promotional value of $530. You then pay the difference between the $530 and your total rental fees. It's almost like getting one night free!

For weekdays (Sunday through Thursday), there is a 2-night minimum to use the discount. For weekends (Friday and Saturday), there is a three-night minimum.

For instance, if you were to book July 24th and 25th, for a check-out on the 26th, the rental fees would total to $1100. Your voucher covers you for $530. You would upgrade to the property for the difference of $570.

Additional rules for upgrades

-The promotional period for this property is the same as that of the voucher. It cannot be used for stays after August 15th.
-Promotional discount does not increase when adding additional days.
-This is the only property available with the promotional value of the voucher! Any other property outside of the promotion is only eligible for voucher use at its face value of $265.
