No matter if you are a friend, partner, past guest, or anxiously awaiting your return to travel, we want you to know that RedAwning values the health and well-being of our guests, partners, and team members as our top priority.

Vacation rentals have always been a unique and wonderful option for travelers looking to spend quality time with family and friends.  Many even have “social distancing” built right in!  As we continue to work through the challenges that Covid 19 has presented to RedAwning and the travel industry in general we are committed to consistent improvements in customer service response times.

RedAwning remains committed to vacation rental property listings you can trust and a booking process made simple, all as part of our RedAwning Hospitality promise.  In addition to the standard cancellation policies of our partners (many of which offer free cancellation policies up to 60 or even 30 days prior to arrival) RedAwning is also including a special exemption.  If you are no longer within a free cancellation window, will provide you the option of credit toward a future stay if the property you have rented becomes unavailable due to local order or other force majeure type event preventing access to the property.  Please note that this policy does not replace Trip Insurance and is specifically applied based on property unavailability.
