Sleeping: 4 upstairs bedrooms

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed with a walk in closet, large adjoining bathroom and shower. 

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en-suite full bathroom. 

The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen-sized beds with overlying bunkbeds - a full in one room and a twin in the other. These two rooms share a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom. 

The office area includes a comfy pull out sofa for additional sleeping space. 

Kitchen: The kitchen comes with premium appliances, including a gas stove and two ovens and a large granite island.

Eating: A 6-person table is in the breakfast nook. The dining room has room for everyone, with the table expanding to comfortably seat 10. 

Game Room: What will the kids do during your stay? Our basement playroom equipped with a Playstation 4 (PS4) with lots of  games, foosball and ping-pong tables will keep them occupied for hours at a time. 

Child Friendly: Two Pack  N' Plays and baby gates for the stairs are available upon request at no additional charge. We also have outlet covers for all low-reach outlets to keep little fingers safe.

Pet Friendly: We love dogs and are happy to welcome them if they are not destructive and/or loud enough to disrupt our neighbors. We have a nice fenced yard for them to enjoy and a beautiful walking path winds throughout the neighborhood and there is a dog park nearby. Sadly, we are allergic to kitties so we cannot accommodate them. We do have pet policies and an extra non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per stay. All dogs must be disclosed prior to booking. Please pick up and dispose of ALL pet waste! 

Guest Access: You will have private access to the full home, including one garage with the exception of the second garage and unfinished basement, which we use for storage. You may park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. There is a keyless entry so you are welcome to come and go as you please. We are a call or text away and are available to help with any concerns you may have.

Location: We are located in the Candelas neighborhood in northwest Arvada, providing easy access to many of the amazing attractions that Colorado has to offer. Here is a short list of "Must See" attractions in Colorado and the distance to each of them from the house:

• 7.5 miles to both the lower White Ranch and North Table Mountain trailheads for hiking and mountain biking.

PET FRIENDLY. Pet fees do apply.  They are $100/per stay for per dog and maximum 2 small dogs are allowed. Please notify in advance if you will be bringing a pet. If you did not pay for the pets on registration then pet fees will be due on arrival.  

Parking: Please park only on the right side of the driveway. We intermittently rent the casita to medical professionals who park on the left side of the driveway.  Please do not park in the garage.
