This property is well furnished and maintained. We stayed for two months and felt at home. It is a great location for all things Gruene and New Braunfels. There are many good restaurants and lots of free music. New Braunfels Escapes is a good management company. Amanda and crew do a very good job.

The only thing I can say isnt up to par is the sofa. It sags badly toward the back.

Very spacious condo with plenty of room for six. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. I would highly recommend this property. Management company was super to work with.

Such a great area and right on the river. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

It was a great few days. The only disappointment was that we thought we had tube access from our condo.

We have rented here several tines and always enjoy coming back. The management company does a good job.

I am a winter Texan from Canada. I rented this unit for three months and I loved it. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and very well appointed. Beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds and the pool down by the river. New Braunfels Escapes was excellent to deal with. Professional and very responsive to the few needs I had during my stay. I will be back next year.

We keep coming back because I 203 is totally comfortable, clean and well maintained. Our 3 month winter stay is every bit as good as being at home, plus the great attractions and restaurants in New Braunfels. Always look forward to coming back.

This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.

We loved the Nut House. It was very spacious & clean. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We used the grill too and didn't have any problems. I would pick this exact same condo again!Thank you!

For the 7th winter (3 months) we thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We are looking forward to 2020 winterin this condo.

Everything was perfect. We felt we were staying at a friends house. Check in couldn't have been any easier.

The condo was absolutely beautiful...the pictures do not do it justice. We loved sitting on the balcony for coffee and just listening to the peace and quiet. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and very relaxing. We will definitely be back!!

Our vacation rental experience was excellent. We could not have had a better time. The condo was clean and very spacious. I traveled with my wife and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The location was awesome being close to Schlitterbaun and Landa Falls Tubing as well as near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool on one afternoon as well the use of the BBQ grill on the grounds. Everything was wonderful and we plan to stay at same condo in the future !!!

Easy check in and the condo was perfect for our group. We drove to Gruene which is a short drive and had an awesome time there. Overall great weekend trip but one word of advice if your used to floating the Guadalupe. The float company that picks you up did not take you very far up river road and we were disappointed. We’re used to floating through the camp sites etc and the chute but that didn’t happen even though we picked the longest float time.

We had such a great time with family in from WA and WI! The place was clean and very nice and we will definitely be back! Such a great area and we LOVE seeing the deer walk right up to us.

Relaxing and enjoyable! The furnishings were comfortable and condo was fresh and clean.

We have stayed in I 203 the past 6 winters and like it very much. It is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and bath are well-equipped. We enjoy New Braunfels with its many good restaurants and especially Gruene Dancehall. Also good golf courses and Fiesta Bowling Lanes. See you next year.
