The apartment was just what we needed for our year-end family get-together. Five families rented separate apartments in this complex and we had a great time. The outdoor areas are perfect for cookouts and weather was so nice that we would have used the pool facilities if we would have come prepared for that. The apartment was in the upper floor (3rd), and very quiet except for noise we heard outside from neighbors on New Years Eve. There is an elevator to facilitate moving up and down to the ground level. Walls are thin so you can hear everything that is going on in the bedrooms. The apartment was well-equipped with minor misses, such as no wine glasses and limited kitchen utensils. Cable service was adequate. The overall property is well maintained, but the neighborhood is not the best to walk around, except when wandering out the Guadalupe river banks. Check-in was a breeze, with detailed instructions prior to the date we were arriving, and very punctual on the day we got there. I am sure that the area is bustling with activity during the summer months, but we also recommend the condominiums for a relaxing winter stay.

We had a great week at this property. Our condo was ready and waiting when we arrived on Christmas Day, with all the necessary instructions to enter the property and get settled. The apartment is fully furnished, albeit a little worn and dated. First the good stuff: it has a great view of the gardens and pools on the back. We practically had no neighbors so we enjoyed the quiet of the nights. Fully equipped apartment made it easy to live it and enjoy. The bad: furniture and appliances were a bit dated. We would have liked to have more cooking pans and utensils. Bed mattresses might need changing since they were visibly worn down in some areas. TV's were small, especially the one in the living room. All in all, we enjoyed the place, the location is great, very close to downtown New Braunfels and all the nice shops and restaurants. Close enough but far enough from San Antonio and I35.

Pros: Great location in New Braunfels and close to everything. Comfortable beds. Roomy condo. Well stocked kitchen. Nice furniture. Was everything that we needed. Great for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Cons: The swimming pool felt like a hot tub, the master bedroom smelled like a grandmas perfume in a weird way. Guests were so loud at night on the weekends. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything outside. The floors were not cleaned well with obvious spills of something. I bought some Lysol wipes to sanitize myself. The river is a decent trek, but manageable from the condo. We really enjoyed our 4 nights but may try somewhere a little more quiet and private for our next trip.

Our experience in this unit was perfect! It was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were provided. I was very happy to see a hair dryer as I had forgotten mine! That was a bonus. There was some trouble with the internet and they came out and fixed it promptly. The unit has a great balcony overlooking the beautiful grass, pool and the river. My kids were thrilled with the pool and how close we were. It was a very short walk to Schlitterbahn for those coming during open season. Overall, excellent experience! Would definitely recommend!

Condo was very clean and had plenty of room. Pools were nice and clean with the river just behind one of the pools. That was the best thing the river right behind the property with steps for access. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice condo and fairly well equipped. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition. It would be nice if some of the extra pillows and blankets were c k eared out to make closet room and / space to get clothes out ok f your suitcase. There is hardly room to store all the decorative pillows let alone clothes.

It was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well kept. We were very happy. The only problems we had were an issue with the sleeper sofa and the coffee pot. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Loved the resort. The rooms were spacious and it had a great view. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to river so easily. The property manager was extremely helpful and her customer service was excellent.

Happy with the location. Not very pleased with the unit, the connecting doors between the adjoining unit did not block the noise. The din was very loud and annoying at time.

Great condo! Very clean and inviting. Had all the comforts of home. We loved thee pools and hot tubs, and bbq grills. We were walking distance from Schliterbahn, the Comal River, and the Guadalupe. The professional team at New Braunfels Escapes really took care of our every need, thank you! We cant wait to return!!!

Beautiful property with all the amenities of home. Condo is just as stunning as advertised. Close to Gruene, literally steps from Guadalupe and close to many nice restaurants and venues (make sure to visit Escape Haus on I-35). Will definitely stay here again.
