The condo was plenty roomy for my family of 4. The property was nice and as described. This was our 3rd trip to Waterwheel. We enjoy the pools and access to the river.

Great service. Everyone in the office are knowledgeable, polite. Needed a place for mom due to delay of home being built. I';m local and highly recommend using this service. Loved the property and will recommend staying there. Beautiful place. Had an issue with painters no fault of these folks. I give these folks a 10.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and just right for our stay. We were close to everything and will definitely be back.

This was my 2nd year of staying at Grace Landa and even with a pandemic I found it was just the right place for me! Welcoming, beyond clean, fully stocked (love the tiny waffle maker), beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, large shower with great water pressure, balcony view outstanding!! Would definitely recommend this condo especially with this leasing management who strives to make sure your stay is as wonderful as you want it to be!!

Rented this condo online for the month of Feb, wasn't expecting it to be as listed on the website, was I ever surprised and thoroughly happy to find it not only as listed but met my needs and then some! Very well stocked with plenty of appliances, linens, and decorated to make you feel very much at home. The management was professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice large open living and kitchen area. Bedroom is extra large with nice size bathroom. Only item missing was a chest or dresser to put your clothes away. Beautiful area of the river is just below the hill at the back of this property with easy access.

The condo overlooks the back pool and accessing the river is just beyond the pool. The only downside was that at 10pm, the pools basically became a water-filled night club. The rules say no loud noise after 10 pm, but that is definitely not enforced. Other than that, the stay was lovely.

The stay was very nice condo was very clean and the river was right out the back door. Awesome place had a great time.

Truly fantastic. First of all, the location couldn't be better, not only is it walking distance from all the places you wanna be -- but the view from this unit is on-point. Secondly, the decor and layout is just lovely. It's like you're taking a vacation from home... all the extras are there. Cooking? No problem dishes and accoutrements. Margaritas? Yup, blender and plenty of bar space. Chill space? Yes, super-spacious rooms with big screen TVs and fully stocked book shelves. <br/>We loved walking right down to the pools and hot tubs (2 of each) plus the river is RIGHT there. Plan it right, and you can float the river directly back to the condo (maps and info packets are all in the condo, which is sooo helpful if you don't know the area). Will be back again and again! Perfect getaway if you live nearby OR if you want an extended stay and are new to Texas. <br/>Side note: Its safe for the family, we felt good know there were security patrols and they were super nice, approachable. Always a good thing for a mom to feel good about that sorta thing. <br/>Trust me. The pictures don't do this experience justice. Thank you GraceLanda!!

Fabulous

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Grace Landa. The condo itself was well-furnished, well-kept, very open layout with a beautiful window wall looking out over the beautiful grassy, shady grounds leading to the pool and river. The river access was just beautiful, and very easy to get in and out of. Oh, and the location is just perfect with quick and easy access to downtown NB, Gruene, and walking distance to Schlitterbahn and tubing. Had THE best time and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location close to town, Gruene, and a short walk to the river. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay.

Great condo on the Guadalupe. We swam in the river and the pool, Ubered to Gruene for dinner and live music. The one bedroom was as big as two bedrooms, and having 1 & 1/2 baths made it fine for 4 people. We would stay here again. Very clean. Great walk-in shower. Only two suggestions: provide a toaster and replace the couches.

It was overall a wonderful experience from the time we parked the car to opening the door! The Condo is beautifully decorated , amazing view and patio to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning to a night cap in the evening - very spacious , lots of windows to being in the natural light. Kitchen is very well equipt , we wanted for nothing ! Beds are very comfortable bathrooms are spacious. We had family over to enjoy dinner and the pool - plenty of room to entertain if needed. Our highlight was BBQ downstairs and sitting under the huge shaded trees after floating in the river, which is so convient. Not to mention the games available to sit and play or the variety of books on the book shelve. Everything was very well thought out to make our stay an awesome experience. Thank you for a wonderful experience and awesome memories! We will share this with all our friends to check out and enjoy. We will defiantly be back to stay- a very lovely place.

Property was just as described. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was really well supplied, clean and updated. So close to everything. Walking distance to River Tubing and Schlitterban.

The condo was immaculate the pool was crystal clean and everybody was super friendly and helpful

The view was great and the condo clean and comfortable. The fees however drove the price up and made it a little pricey for me to return.

Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfy, all you need like pits and pans and dishes were provided. I was a little disappointed that you cannot see the river from the condo, because I wanted a river view, but proximity to everything......Schlitterbahn, Greune, and river rides was convenient. And the staff at the office were SOOOO nice.
