The condo is very nice and comfortable and the location is great! If is right on the river and there is a pretty green space with lots of trees behind the condo.

This condo overlooks the park-like setting that includes one of the pools, hot tubs and the river. Unit is VERY CLEAN and a generous amount of kitchen utensils/dishes/pots/pans. Plenty of linens too. Be sure to try Muck and Fuss and Huisache restaurants!!

Our condo was completely equipped with everything we needed for a month. The location allowed us to walk to town, which we loved! The tv in the living room had inconsistent volume, but we managed nevertheless. The unit was roomy, and our 3 and 7 year old grandkids enjoyed coming over. They loved the pool! GNew Braunfels Escapes was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We hope to make this an annual visit.

The condo its self was nice everything was provided for you and very close access to the river. Only thing is good luck sleeping there. This place has so many rules that no one respects them. There is a curfew at 10 but people were loud fighting arguing each night till 230 in the morning. They said there would be security never saw any. Then to be awake all night hearing all the noise they except you to be checked out 11 in the morning! Ridiculous. Wont be stay there again nor will I ever refer anyone there.

We were so happy with the condo. Spacious,clean, really cute decor. Slept 6 comfortably. Rockin R toob rental bus picks up at the condo and brings you back after a day on the river. Nice pools and beautiful grounds.

2 month repeat stay at the Waterwheel. Love the amenities and community there. Sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were worn out and should be replaced. Sofa bed in the living room is uncomfortable to sit and lie on...don't know what it's like to sleep on the mattress just sitting on it was awful. Well appointed unit with all the dishes and utensils needed. Very clean.

Good place to stay

Our experience was great.

It was very nice. Clean, close to river, good parking space. We were on second floor and had noisy neighbors above and on the side. Otherwise, it was lots of fun and will stay there again on next trip! Property management was excellent! Very easy to work with, and gave specific, easy to follow instructions.

We had a really nice three days in this condo in New Braunfels. It was a memorable family vacation. Everything in the condo was as advertised. The location, on the Guadalupe River, was perfect for us. We went up the river and tubed back to the condo. The pools were great for our grandchildren. We enjoyed watching the deer who were always hanging out next door. It was a great time for us. Thank you.

A wonderful winter escape: great walks, excellent restaurants, super weather, entertainment every day nearby, really good shopping options, and super-friendly/courteous Texans.

The condo was very nice and the area was beautiful. However, the pools were small and crowded and the other guests were very noisy the first night we stayed. We were not able to sleep because of the noise from the condo above us and people being extremely loud in the stairway.
