Always lovely to have a landscape view, but a more than 180 degree seascape is mesmerizing! Watching the changes in daylight, weather, a wide variety of aircraft, sunsets, moonscapes and thunderous surf called us to stay put more than any other vacation house ever has. And we are homebodies! <br/><br/>Delightful to cook meals in a well equipped kitchen, handy building carts help transporting groceries and luggage, comfortable beds, sofa and outdoor furniture made living easy. <br/><br/>We did need to do battle with ants, and Wi-Fi is not strong in second rear bedroom. Also several hot days heated up the condo and prevented us from sitting on the deck from 3 ish to 7:30 during our September stay. <br/><br/>We will look forward to a return trip ! We will hope to stay longer next time.<br/>

This condo is well appointed and perfectly situated on the bluff overlooking the ocean. The balcony has inviting chairs and there is a breakfast nook from which you can enjoy the ocean view as well. From the comfortable beds, easily accessed showers, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils this condo has it all.

We rented this condo for the second year this summer. The cond itself is well appointed, clean, and quite comfortable. We love sitting on the deck watching pelicans and surfers and even an occasional dolphin swimming by. The Solana Beach area is wonderful and the rental agent is always accessible. The condo complex is secure with codes that are easily used. It&#x2019;s all in all truly an excellent place to rent.

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit for our 1 month stay. We are locals that were displaced because of a house flood and felt like we were on a vacation while staying at this condo. The location and amenities were amazing, the view and sunsets were breathtaking and we loved walking everywhere for coffee, breakfast and dinner. We would definitely want to stay here again.

This is our second stay in this unit, first one was July 2017. You can't beat the ocean sounds and views from being directly on the ocean with this unit. Also the convenience of having an elevator from the garage to the unit is rare along the hilltop ocean units of Solana Beach. . We were happy to see that both walk-in showers in the unit had been totally redone since we were there last. There was also a better supply of towels and they were upgraded, with the exception of the kitchen that only had one dish towel. The unit is comfortable and the master bed mattress is too. We slept really well with the ocean sounds and sea air. The kitchen can definitely use some updating at this point. Pots and pans are old, no storage containers and, sink and faucet should be upgraded. Also fans in Master Bedroom were not functional and should be checked before each stay to make sure they operate, especially in the summer. Ashley at Harcourt was very responsive to initial issues after our arrival including replacing the tv immediately in the master bedroom that wasn't working. This unit is convenient to all the great things Solana Beach has to offer including many good restaurants within walking distance.
