Introducing this beautiful, light and bright 4 bedroom + entertainment room, 3 bathroom townhome located on the fairway of the Sierra Star golf course and minutes from the ski lifts and the Village at Mammoth. The living area with gas fireplace and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings or to watch the flatscreen TV with DirectTV Cable. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, and all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals, and a dining area with seating for 10 allows you to host the whole family. The master suite upstairs on the 3rd level boasts a King bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower as well as separate jacuzzi tub. With a gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV with Cable this is a gorgeous private master suite. With your very own home office nook included if you need to remote work or school while vacationing. The second and third bedrooms on the main living area are perfect guest bedrooms both featuring a King bed, flatscreen TVs with Apple TV and a shared hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids on the lower level with two sets of bunk beds with Twins on top and bottom providing sleeping for 4. A full shared bath in the lower level hall with a walk-in shower. With the TV room across the hall, it creates the perfect floor for the kids to hang out and enjoy the large flatscreen TV with Cable, Apple TV and DVD Player and comfortable large sectional. This room is stocked with games and also comes with a WII console, you might never see the kids! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a private washer/dryer, free wireless internet, a portable pack n play and high chair, and a private 1 car garage (garage clearance 7' 7"). The private driveway can accommodate 3 additional vehicles. The unit is not pet-friendly, is non-smoking both in and around the property and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The Woodwinds community is located nestled in the forest surrounding the Sierra Star Golf Course, but just a short drive to Eagle Lodge or the Village. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
