You'd think you were staying in a model home it was so perfect! The kitchen was well stocked, the decor beautiful, the location was perfect, bedding and towels were plentiful and of high quality. <br/><br/>The only things we didn't like was the tight garage, slightly warmer indoor temperature than we are used to (we think this needs a heat pump to run at cooler temps for air) and the lack of door on the master bath (we totally understand a lot of builders do this). <br/><br/>We would have liked a little more privacy on the outdoor seating, but really thought the upstairs patio was a neat feature. <br/><br/>Overall this was a fantastic visit and we thought the property was good value for what we received. Check in and check out was easy, and assistance in booking was top notch.<br/><br/>We would totally recommend this and consider staying again.

Perfect vacation rental for a long Spring Break weekend with the grandkids.

We really enjoyed the rental. The property managers were great, sending a welcome text the date of our arrival as well as contact information should we need to reach out. The home was in a good neighborhood and was clean. We liked the pickle ball court and pool amenities.

We were overall happy with our stay but we're somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors didn't seem to have been mopped. I wiped up sticky spots shortly after arriving. The water filter on the fridge needs to be replaced. The washing machine smelled awful so that I had to wipe the seals and run it on the clean cycle with bleach to use it. There were a lot of crumbs between the seat cushions and wrappers and debris under beds. The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Just wanted to give you a heads up about the conditions.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the space to spread out and cook some of our meals. The condo was super clean also. Cons were there was no tv in the queen bedroom as the listing stated, the pool was ice cold even though the listing stated it was heated, and the location isn&#x2019;t very close to restaurants. The sheets on the beds were super stiff/scratchy as well. Overall it suited our needs for our soccer tournament.

It was clean and nice property, very good condition and close to the pool. pool condition also was good. my kids loved the pool the most!!(they said even better than Las Vegas Venetian hotel pool). But only unsatisfied thing is bed mattress condition, everyone complaint mattress wasn't comfortable, too soft that it sinks in the middle and hurts back. also bed head frame wasn't fixed to the wall, so even if we turned around a little, the head of the bed hit the wall and made a lot of noise.

The condo was very clean with nice amenities and furniture, and the instructions were very easy to get in and out of the condo. Definitely would recommend this place to our friends!

Winchester Way Condo was very nicely appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay of four days. We enjoyed the neighborhood that was away from the hustle bustle of downtown STG and the early morning sunrises on the Red Rocks. Fish Rock restaurant at the golf course was a pleasant surprise for our dining needs in the evening with an open patio looking out on the golf course. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in 3 different properties here over the course of a month of medical treatments. This unit, as well as the other two, provided a lovely sanctuary from the commotion of St George. They were all very clean, nicely furnished & had patios with a view of the beautiful surrounding scenery. We found the management staff to be very helpful & professional.

The rental process was very easy and communication was great. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. Looks in person just as it does in the pictures. Nicely decorated and furnished, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed plus more. Location was great! Within driving distance to many hiking trails, climbing sites and restaurant/shopping. Only one suggestion, is that a door for the master bathroom would be a nice addition. Though not a dealbreaker, a door would be helpful when access to the bathroom would potentially wake/disturb a sleeping partner. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would choose it again upon return return to St. George.

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout is comfortable and the area was peaceful and relaxing. It is very close to Snow Canyon State Park, which is a must see.

The Ledges is a wonderful place to stay while in St. George, and this home was excellent. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt like a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable for our group of 10 people. It had everything we needed for our stay. The ONLY problem we had was we couldn't extend our stay an extra day because we really enjoyed our time there. Someone had already booked the place. We would definitely book here again no doubt even when it's a good drive from the freeway.

It was so nice to stay at this amazing place, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and very close to the pool and the fwy, thank you.

Everything was great except we arrived late Friday night and there was no coffee. Just 1 decaf envelope. No coffee filters. We had to wake up and drive around St. George to find a cup of coffee. Kimber was very helpful and kind concerning our inability to figure out the TV channels.

The property was clean, location convenient for golfing Ledges, and the management company was great for setting up tee times. Would book again.

The home was perfect for our family Utah experience. We had plenty of space and all the amenities.

This is a beautiful home to stay in. It felt like our home away from away because of its coziness and style. This is super clean, light and airy with comfortable furnishings top to bottom. Plenty of room for our grown-up family to have their space but big enough to be all together for meals and TV watching. It's a quiet oasis to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of life. We enjoyed the patio up top to catch a few rays and the barbecue grill and table out back to cook our meals. It is truly a beautiful property where you're sure to unwind.
