On the first floor is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed (bedroom #1) and a private bath on the first floor. From this room, you walk out onto the downstairs deck to the private hot tub. Up the stairs on the second floor, you find the open floor plan living room, dining, and fully stocked kitchen, you can step outside on the 2nd private deck backing to wetlands with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, granite counters, and all you need to feel at home and enjoy a meal or cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. Half bath off the living area on the 2nd floor. Up another set of stairs are the last two bedrooms on the top/3rd floor. The first with a queen and private bath (bedroom #2) and the third bedroom with a queen and a full private bath (bedroom #3). Outdoor parking only as guests will not have access to the garage.
