A total of four balconies allow you to enjoy gorgeous views and Gulf breezes at any time. Inside, you’ll love the upscale furnishings, the split-level kitchen and living area, and the spacious all-suite layout.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with inviting sunshine. A sleeper sofa and a love seat provide plush seating around the flat-screen TV with Roku. Light the gas fireplace for extra allure.

The master bedroom holds a queen-size bed, a TV with Roku, and a full-size futon. Direct balcony access makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee and lagoon views. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features two queen-size beds, a TV with Roku, and direct access to a balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, a TV with Roku, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The first balcony is furnished with plush lounge seating and a bistro table for two. The second balcony and third balconies each offer peaceful community views. At sunset, sip cold drinks at the bistro table for two on the master balcony.
Share alfresco meals in the shade at the picnic table in the carport area.
Return from the beach for a refreshing dip in the community pool, shared with just three other units. The pool is unheated and open year-round. Other communal amenities include a grill area, a gazebo, and a fish-cleaning station.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not available. Parking is not permitted for RVs, trailers, or 4-wheelers.
