All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor along with 2 full bathrooms and a half-bathroom on the 1st floor.

Great for people looking for an exquisite Geneva home. Perfect if you want to be far away from any hustle and bustle. Comfortable, calm, and convenient. This relaxing yet spacious home is close to some of the 30 stellar wineries in the area. Whether it is fall, winter, spring, or summer, there are always plenty of fun activities and wine trails!

The exquisite home is also a great location for small groups up to 6 people (including young adults) participating in activities at SPIRE Institute, which is a short 2 miles down the road. And it is 10 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake. Many know Geneva-on the-Lake as Ohio’s first summer resort, but there is more to this Lake Erie beach town than its sizzling summers.

We provide an electronic rental agreement that simplifies the check-in process and ensures all guests have read and understood all terms and conditions of their stay. This ensures everyone is on the same page when it comes to expectations during their stay.

You will also receive a notice from our third-party ID verification program Superhog which is a system that helps us ensure you are staying with a trusted host. This verification process allows us to guarantee guests have the best experience possible while staying with us.

We provide a key fob for parking in the garage. If the key fob is accidentally taken and not returned within 7 days, guests will be accessed $100.

We do have ADT cameras on the front porch which point to the front porch, driveway, and front yard. We also have a back porch camera which means the backyard and rear patio. And there is an ADT motion sensor in the living room. We may monitor guests' entrances into the house to ensure there are no issues with getting in and then turn off notifications until the day of departure so we can let our cleaning crew know they can get in to clean. We have these devices since the house is vacant, mainly during the week, to protect our property when no one is there.

A noise monitoring system ensures noise levels do not disturb neighbors. We may monitor that occasionally to determine if noise levels are excessive. However, guests will automatically receive alerts if the noise level is above 100 db for 10 minutes or longer.
