Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Not far from Branson or Table Rock Lake. Beautiful views of the river entertain you from throughout the house. Enjoy a large rear covered patio which leads to a grassy play area that borders the river. Nice and quiet Lakefront home just along Lake Taneycomo. Large backyard with a covered patio and deck.

Beautiful lake views from upstairs and also downstairs. If you enjoy fishing and kayaking or just relaxing on the dock, this is the place. We're just 20 minutes from Branson Landing and downtown where there's some of the best comfort food around. If adventure is your speed, Branson is home to the best live shows and outdoor activities in the Midwest. Our home is one of only a few which has its own fishing dock guests can utilize. Several large boat launches within minutes. We are situated just below the quaint town of Forsyth on Hwy 176 along Lake Taneycomo.

Please park anywhere on the Driveway or in carport. Absolutely no parking on lawn front or back unless authorized prior to checking in.

No parties, events, birthday parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties etc.

Quiet times- 10pm-7am

No adults on upper bunk beds.

No video or photographic productions on premises.

Guests must lock and secure home when leaving.

No smoking or vaping . Additional cleaning fee of $140 and / or additional fees if more detailed cleaning is needed to remediate damage due to smoke.

Please no pets. Owner(s) suffer from allergies. Additional fee of $140 or more will be collected if pet rule is violated.

No third party bookings- Guest who book must be present for entire stay.

All guests must be declared at time of booking.

No extra guests allowed. If extra guests are detected they will be vacated as trespassers and a charge of $150 per person sought.
