Located canal-front in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood, this 3BR/2BA home features a screened lanai with a private pool, spa, and gas firepit. A grassy yard provides room for games, while the dock offers a prime fishing spot (poles included).
Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio. The spacious interior features four flat-screen TVs and a convenient private garage. Additional perks include the provided canoe and golf clubs.

In the kitchen, you will find a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware for creating delectable dishes.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite, appointed with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the third bedroom, which also offers a flat-screen TV.
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The screened lanai presents a private pool, a spa, and several loungers for sunning. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the six-person table on the patio.
The dock is ideal for fishing and poles are provided for your convenience. Take the canoe out for adventures on the canal. In the evening, enjoy a crisp beverage beside the gas firepit.
