Drive just 15 minutes to the Heavenly Gondola, or spend an afternoon exploring the restaurants and shops in the Village. Ride bikes and grab a bite at Camp Richardson, 3 miles away.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The updated kitchen has stainless appliances and ample prep space on the granite counters. There’s also a breakfast bar with seating for three. Open to the kitchen, the homey dining table seats six.
Large sliding glass doors afford lovely water views in the living room. Curl up on the sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the 55” flat-screen TV, or step out and watch the boats pass by from your back patio and dock.
Sleep soundly in a king bed in the second-floor master; enjoy water views and a quiet private balcony with bistro seating for two. Updated features in the en-suite include a double vanity, tub/shower combination, and extra vanity area that opens to the main hallway.
Next door, the kids can have a slumber party in bunk room. There’s room for three in the full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
On the entry level, another guest room features a queen bed and shaker-style furniture. The adjacent bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and outdoor parking two cars are provided.
Guests can access the right side of the boat dock for use with jet skis or kayaks (not boats). There is a marina just 2 minutes down the road for boat launches.

Tahoe Keys offers tons of amenities for a small fee. Check out the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and private beach. Sports enthusiasts will also love the tennis and basketball courts.
Hop on the Heavenly Gondola for sightseeing and skiing, or check out the year-round lift-serviced tubing hill.
Camp Richardson (a 3 mile bike ride, or 8-minute drive) boasts boating, swimming, and sunbathing.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking and no pets. VHR License #009680.
