Description
This gorgeous, ground-floor condominium has two generous bedrooms each with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. An air mattress can be utilized to sleep 2 more people and a third bathroom is just off the kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.
The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your outdoor space while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.
This fantastic home also has central air conditioning and full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.
Award-winning Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

This was our second stay at Waipouli. We thought the first condo was top notch, but this one was one notch better! We are two couples and the two master suites are perfect. C-105 had everything we needed and then some. The cooking equipment and settings were excellent. We took the chair from one of the bedrooms to the living room so all 4 of us could sit comfortably. Would not consider this unit to have a garden view, but does have small lawn space. These Waipouli units are well built with heavy doors and all the upgrades. Nothing was on the cheap. The unit was so clean and well maintained that we took off our shoes upon entry. I don't even do that home! We walked across the street to McDonald's for their Hawaiian deluxe breakfast twice, Safeway and ABC to shop, the ice cream store for dessert, and even the Pho restaurant for noodles and spring rolls. When we come back for our third time, we will be coming back to Waipouli.
Otherwise we were completely satisfied with our stay. The pool area is fantastic as well.

we used a lot. Beach was beautiful, although not a good swimming beach (not a problem; there are plenty around the island). The unit itself was terrific. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. Gorgeous kitchen with
granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances and just about any cookware and dishware item you need. We prepared most of our meals here during our two-week stay. Beds were very comfortable -- both king-sized -- and the bathrooms were large and beautiful, with
plenty of towels provided. We also enjoyed the many extras such as the waffle iron and rice cooker, the dvd players and an impressive collection of dvds, the guidebooks and cookbook, the wheeling cooler and boogie board, plus there were a couple of inflatable
life jackets for kids, a beach umbrella and an umbrella stroller in the one closet. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, too. The view wasn't the best (parking lot) but the first floor location was very convenient. (Relatives were staying
in a third-floor unit which was not close to an elevator; a real hassle. This other unit also didn't have nearly as many "extras" as C-105.) Would highly recommend this unit and this complex to anyone. They really made our vacation special!
you may never leave the condo and miss everything else on the Island. The only thing that I didn’t like was the whole towel washing the night before you leave. I wasn’t too sure how you count five loads? So the last night and a few hours before we left we
spent most of our time worried about not leaving towels to really enjoy. I was scared to take a shower the day of check out. I didn’t want to get charged another night for leaving a dirty towel. I dripped dried in the shower. I mean you pay close to $200 for
a cleaning fee so I would think a couple towels should be ok. Other than that it was a great stay. I would get this unit again and just ask what exactly do you mean by five loads or wash the towels night before check out.
We loved that we could wake up and make breakfast.
My kids loved it. And the pool and beachfront was beautiful. We will be back.
Beautiful grounds with private beach, “lazy river” style pool with waterfalls, sand bottom hot tubs, kids sandy bottom wading pool, 2 water slides, gas BBQs, beachfront resturant and bar ... only issues was needed maitainance to fix multiple thinks in our unit, though each request addressed in under 24 hours.
