The master bedroom suite offers a King bed, sitting area, TV, DVD, air conditioning, a private lanai with an Ocean view plus chaise lounges for sunning. Soaring ceilings and overhead fan add to tropical breezes for comfortable sleeping.
The second bedroom, also en suite with attached private bathroom, offers a King bed, TV, DVD, air conditioning, soaring ceilings, overhead fan and it's own private lanai with Ocean view and table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
The main living area is on the first floor with 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and bar seating. The kitchen is full size with walk in pantry and fully equipped with updated stainless appliances, granite counter tops and custom bamboo cabinets. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen bed to sleep up to six guests total. This townhouse has tile flooring throughout as well as free WiFi and free land line calls to the US mainland and Canada. Included are a front load washer and dryer to recycle your bathing suits and clothing. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and beach towels for your use. Keawakapu Beach is located just in front of our Ekahi Beachfront Pavilion and main pool and has been named a Conde Naste Traveller Magazine Award Winner. Wailea Ekahi also offers free WiFi at the Pool Pavilion for your convenience.
The downstairs lanai is tiered and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Your three private lanais are a great place to dine, catch some rays or relax and read a book. There is a Weber propane gas grill for your use to cook up your fresh catch or a juicy steak after a day on the beach. The choice to dine in or out is yours.
The Wailea Ekahi Location is Tops in the area. The Shops at Wailea with over 60 shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away as well as other premium and casual restaurants outside the Shops. Wailea golf courses are close by AND there are several first class beaches to chose from just minutes away. You can explore a different beach every day and not visit the same one twice just a short drive from the property.
Please note we have a five night minimum stay requirement for this townhouse with a maximum of six guests. Our owners have made many improvements to insure you have the best vacation rental experience possible in the spirit of Aloha. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 6.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Beach Pavilion will be undergoing a demolition and construction process from April 22, 2019 and is anticipated to be complete by the end of January 2020. Work can be performed Mon – Sun, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The noisiest part of the construction will be the first 5 – 6 weeks during the demolition phase. During this period the main pool will be open; however, access to the pool will be redirected. Up-scale portable restrooms will be available at the pool area. No running water or ice will be available. There will be limited times when the Pavilion pool may need to be closed for safety reasons. THE THREE OTHER POOLS WILL BE OPEN. Beach access will be available through the existing gate.**
