1) Ensure housecleaning makes sure the bathtub drains are cleaned. The first night, my feet were covered in water because of all the hair that accumulated over time or from the prior resident. I had to remove the hair before i called maintenance who was able to clear up the clog.
2) A/C is set at 74, but the thermostat allows fluctuation of 2 degrees. At night, it got warm as the temperature reached 76 degrees. If possible, I would change the fluctuation to allow for only 1 degree. That would make fore a more pleasant night sleep.
The Balcony Fan is noisy at higher speed !!
Also absoluty no contact from property Management Company!!
2 minor issues - wine refridgerator in kitchen did not work, and the fan on the lanai needs to be repaired/replaced (sounded very out of balance).
