the hotel,golf course and fitness center. Great view and air conditioning was excellent.the living room couch should be replaced
Pros:
1. Very quite, relaxing neighborhood
2. Wonderful views
3. Very nicely furnished condo
4. The fitness center and infinity pool were wonderful.
Cons:
1. One of the residents wasn't very welcoming at the fitness center and didn't seem too happy to be sharing the fitness center with us "renters"
2. The water never got hot, including in the just remained lukewarm. Not sure if this is just how things are on the Big Island or whether it was specific to our condo.
3. On the first day when we arrived, the condo was 91 degrees. We turned on the AC on the main living area, but the AC in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, so my husband called Kohala Coast Properties to find out what needed to be done. In the meantime, we realized that the sliding door to the lanai had been left open by the cleaning staff or the previous tenants, so the AC wasn't turning on. It did eventually turn on, but Kohala Coast Properties never even returned our call. Glad we didn't really need them for something else.
