If you enjoy walking and being outdoors this is the location for you! With so many things to do and see within walking distance, you won’t need to use your car often. Historic Anaeho’omalu Bay (A’bay) beach and its stunning salt and pepper sand and its gorgeous sunsets is just a 5 minute walk away. You can enjoy strolling on the beach, great snorkeling, and numerous other beach activities, such as paddle boarding, kayaking, glass bottom boat rides. We are also a short walk to both the Waikoloa Hilton Hotel and the Waikoloa Marriott which offer numerous activities such as luau’s, dolphin adventures, tennis, spa treatments, tasty restaurants and evening entertainment. To meet everyone’s taste, The King’s Shops and the Queen’s Marketplace, which includes a gourmet grocery store as well as numerous restaurants, are both an easy 5-10 minute walk.
And if you don’t want to leave our peaceful complex, you can swim in the heated lap pool, relax in one of the two hot tubs, workout in the newly renovated fitness facility, or enjoy grilling your favorite food at our gas grill BBQ area.

The master bedroom features a new king-sized bed and our guest bedroom is outfitted with a new queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. For those looking to sleep 6 in our condo, we do have a queen size inflatable mattress available. Top quality towels and linens are provided. There is also an additional half bathroom off the main living area.
Our light and open living area has a lovely relaxing and peaceful view across the open space of the golf course to the mountains beyond. When you’ve had enough sun for the day, relax in our comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV with HD cable and a DVD player. We also provide FREE WiFi.
One of the best features of this ground floor garden view unit is the spacious and open lanai where you feel as if the entire golf course and view to the mountains is your backyard. Enjoy the dining table for your outdoor meals, morning coffee or playing games in the evening. There is also outdoor furniture to comfortably sit and enjoy the wonderful view whether watching the sunrise over Mauna Kea, enjoying an afternoon nap, or an evening cocktail in paradise. For your comfort, our quiet concrete building and gentle breezes keep our unit cool. Still, there is a new air-conditioning system as well as overhead fans in the living room and master bedroom.
SPECIAL – Spend the day at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you can buy a discounted DAY PASS to the pool/waterslide or relax at the spa with a SPA PASS. More info will be provided upon booking with us.
This villa is cleaned by a professional cleaning company using EPA approved products for use against COVID-19. And cleaning process is following guidelines received from World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.
For our guest that need to do the 14 day quarantine, we can provide grocery pick up and please inquire for more information.
