Welcome to Villa Villekulla! This cozy 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Pool Home has all the charm and character of a downtown 100yr old property in the historic district of Palmetto. This single-family home is located in the Downtown Palmetto area minutes away from the Manatee River and some of the best restaurants around. The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only explore the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also to Bradenton, Sarasota or St Pete/ Tampa. The property is conveniently located close to Grocery stores, a fishing pier, a boat ramp, and some of the best waterfront restaurants around. If you are looking for a little adventure you can travel across the bridge to the downtown riverwalk with scenic views along with a playground, splash pad and skate park for the kids! Looking for a little nightlife? Check out downtown Bradenton which offers bars and restaurants as well as some great local history!

This 4-bedroom property is very spacious and has a relaxing ocean cottage vibe from the decor to the furniture. Outside it has privacy from the surrounding streets with mature trees and a small fence that pair well with lots of windows to enlighten the property naturally. It also comes with lots of seating if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home.

The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating under a shady awning to hang out on a hot Florida day. Or you could hang out by the side of the pool in one of the lounge chairs and work on your tan. The views from the pool deck provide lots of Florida fauna to really show off the tropical aura of the area.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is downstairs and offers a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom which has a walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms are located upstairs and share a full bathroom.

*Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
