VAIL REALTY’S STANDARD DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. THIS MODIFIED DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO IN ALL CASES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY HEALTH ISSUES, FEAR OF TRAVEL OR ANY GUIDANCE AGAINST TRAVEL.

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 4 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds, two twin beds (as bunk set up); full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
