Fun in the sun awaits you in this 2,197 square feet newly upgraded Vegas home! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located minutes from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, super close to Downtown Las Vegas, 10 minutes from the airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker + Mr Coffee, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room and living rooms.

The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ, seated areas for sitting and eating!

All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.
