Our unit was in a great location, just a short walk to Gruene Hall. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had a great view of the river from the back patio. It was a little too cool to use the pool in January, but it definitely looked nice. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!

The condo was clean and decorated in a cute country style. The location was perfect and it looks like the pool had been updated recently. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the middle of the Gruene scene.

We had a great time at the Rio Hacienda! The room was spacious, close to restaurants and other shops in Gruene, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was very helpful!

This was an absolutely beautifully decorated property. It is nice to find a place that is walking distance to everything, well-maintained and comfortable all at the same time! This has it all and we'll definitely be back.

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to everything in town. The only reasons we used our cars were to go to H‐E‐B (8 min away) and to leave a car at the pick up point when we exited from floating the river (5 min). The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The view from the third floor balcony made the morning coffee in the rocking chair that much better. We were three couples and had plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint is that I wish there was room for a dining table. The bar height counter in the kitchen only had room for four bar stools which left two people standing for breakfast. There was a small table on the balcony, but it was still not big enough for six plus it’s really too hot to eat out there in the summer. Also, the couples who slept in the two bedrooms facing the pool, were disturbed by people partying until 3-4 am in the building across from the pool. Quiet time starts at 10 pm but there was no one there to enforce it. Lastly, we really appreciated having river access as we brought our own tubes and that there was an elevator to help us haul everything to the third floor. We only reached out to the property management once about parking (we had three cars), but their response was only that they were closed for the day. All in all it was a great vacation and I can’t wait to come back!

This place is right where it needs to be. The property is beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. You should just note that the twin beds have plastic mattress protectors and pillow cases, so not ideal for adults. The other 2 bedrooms are great, though.

This rental says Texas. We really enjoyed our stay and found this place to be within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Lot's of great shops restaurants and entertainment nearby. The rental itself was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The views from the patio are awesome, day and night. Perfect for 2 couples or small groups. We will definitely consider renting again. Love the area.

Four friends and I stay here for the weekend. The condo was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We were within walking distance to Gruene Hall, restaurants and shops. Rockin R Tube rentals is very close. We will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the Village at Gruene many times and this condo is very well maintained and super clean. Easy check in, booked directly thru NB Escapes with no problem. Best location in Gruene

The location of this property was an easy walk to enjoy Gruene Dance Hall and surrounding shops. We like to park and enjoy the weekend worry-free. The unit was tastefully decorated with Texas decor. We came with another couple and the divided bedrooms/baths was a huge plus. Then there's the amazing view from the patio. The rockers and table set were perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee, chatting and bird or sunset watching. The only negative we experience was a chain-smoker on the balcony below us that made sitting outside unpleasant, but that is unrelated to the unit itself or the mgt company. Would definitely stay here again.

I rented this condo for a guys golf/river trip. Worked out great and had ample space. Very clean condo in the best location in Gruene. Would recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here. This is a very cute and clean condo located in a perfect location: walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Gruene Hall.

There were six of us staying because of the Texas Clay Festival, so we didn't spend a great deal of time in the condo, but it was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Our one problem was the parking. We had 3 cars and there was another event happening that made it impossible to park elsewhere. We called the emergency number to ask if they could just park in the lot over night (there were places there) and they were told that was not an emergency and were hung up on.

I've been to New Braunfels many times and this was my favorite of all places I've ever stayed. The condo was very clean, decor is great and everything was well stocked. I barely dealt with the owners which is a great thing meaning the emails and communication sent had all the info I needed. Location on the river is great. Location for local shopping and restaurants is perfect as you never have to drive anywhere. The only constructive criticism I can give is do not lock thermostat at 70 as I like it 1-2 degrees colder than that when I sleep, when you pay premium rates you expect full AC control. Excellent overall stay and I'll definitely recommend for friends and colleagues.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Everything was nice and clean, the starter amenities were so nice to have and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. It is in a great location and has a beautiful view.

Stylish western interior, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and an amazing patio with a view of the river through the tree tops. Cool breezes on the patio while sipping coffee in the mornings and beautiful sunsets while sipping local wine. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and wineries. Wonderful pool for relaxing down time.

Well decorated and appointed condo with comfortable rooms. Conveniently located along the Guadlupe river and next to Gruene's entertainment area.

Great place to take the family for a relaxing vacation. This unit is on the top floor so you do not have the noise from someone above you.

This condo was everything as billed. Great location, great view, clean, excellent amenities, very comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and the mgmt. Company was friendly and efficient. Tubing location right down the road. But there was a loud party going on at the pool until almost 1 am the first night. (well after quiet hours) And the second night there was a loud fight on the patio near us at 10 pm, then another party going on in the patio below us at 4:30 am. Maybe we just selected the one weekend when people got drunk, loud, and stupid but this place needs a security guard or condo host to be tamping down on that. But we would probably stay here again and hope that was an anomaly.

What a great place! Beautiful western decor furnishings, very comfortable beds, and a very well equipped kitchen. Balcony with great views of the river. Wonderful pool with a waterfall. Location could not be better- easy walk to downtown Gruene, Gristmill and the winery. We will defiantly come back!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view! Everything was perfect! My mom, sister & I had an amazing time!

This is our fourth stay in unit 306. We were very lucky when we selected it the first time and we will continue to come back. We initially booked it because of its cozy, western décor, but we soon saw how busy this area gets. Everything is within a short walking distance, including Gruene Hall, restaurants, bars, & shops. This condominium is the only Gruene property with a Pool – which is a plus. Fortunately we were on the 3rd floor (building has an elevator!) where the Balcony has a great view of Gruene, the river, trees, & the sunset. A few times we were able to see the bats come out in the evening. Occasionally we have seen deer grazing below. The condo also has a paved path with steps for simple access down to the river. However, you better be a billy goat to get back up, LOL!

Just what we were looking for. Location was awesome and the condo was amazing! Amanda, who assisted us was the best!
