This stay was just perfect. Walking distance to Gruene Hall, the Gristmill, shops, other restaurants. Lots to do and see! This stay is first floor right by the pool - never had any loud neighbors or anything! Parking was easy. And mainly, the condo was beautiful and in great shape! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Overall it was great.Daughter and husband visited one week.I believe it was the 10th time we have stayed at Gruene.Visited several favorite restaurants again.I played golf 12-14 times. And of course Gruene Hall.The rental company was great to deal with and very accomadating.

Everything was clean and condo was well equipped. <br/>Lots of rules but we had no problem adhering to them. Bed was very comfortable. One of the best we'd ever slept in. Due to the storm and fact that we had to check out of our hotel in New Branfels by 11 am,<br/>we were allowed to access condo at noon rather than sit in car for 4 hours since so many restaurants were closed due to storm and icy roads. We were not charged for early access out of compassion.

Have stayed here multiple times. Check in was easy. Everything was clean. Great place to stay to enjoy Gruene.

Condo is clean and well-stocked with all the amenities. We had 5 adults with plenty of room. If you book thru VRBO the rental property is very responsive. Within walking distance from the Gruene restaurants, shops and Gruene Hall. Considering the heat in TX it was nice having a pool to cool off in between outings. The path to the river is quite steep going down and back up but a another way to enter the river without having to float. <br/>Rockin R tube rentals is directly across the river. <br/>Great place! I definitely recommend and would come back!

Very clean and nice space for what we needed. Just a quick mom get away. Easy access to everything in Gruene within walking distance and beautiful quiet view of the river from the balcony.

This is our 2nd year staying at this location and 1st time in this unit. We loved the 1st floor entrance and being directly across from pool. <br/>Unit has been updated with fixtures and appliances. Everything was very clean (much appreciated). We will definitely be coming back!<br/>Only negative was it needed new patio furniture and deck railing needed TLC.

The property we stayed at had a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River behind it and was clean and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat as you can just walk out your front door and your are in the heart of Gruene. The service we received from those who manage the property at New Braunfels Escapes was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely condo with view of the river and walking distance to all Gruene sites.

The condo is in the perfect spot to enjoy picnics by the river, walk and enjoy live music in Gruene and drive to all that the surrounding areas have to offer.

This property was awesome! Easy to find, clean, nicely furnished. Great location, within walking distance to Event Center and everything around Gruene. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The condo is very clean and nice on the inside and the location is very convenient to Gruene however the outside maintenance of the common area and the patio needs some TLC.

2 day trip with my family was awesome here. We arrived and swam in the pool. Then we grilled by the river which is right behind the condo. Next day we were a short trip to rockin river rides to float. Loved this property and the location is great. Would stay here again. Close to shops as well within walking distance.

I would definitely stay there again as the location was perfect to walk to everything in Gruene. The inside of the property was in excellent condition but the outside, looking towards the river, could use some repairs as the boards were rotten and the view to the river could be improved by clearing some of the growth of the vines and shrubs. Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone.

We had a great time. Enough room for all 6 of us. Beds were very comfy.

The condo was great, we have no complaints. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and a great location.

The Condo was the perfect size and location couldn't have been better.

This was a last minute trip to New Braufels and I couldnt have asked for anything else during my stay at this great condo. Privacy balcony and very clean. Literally walked to everything in Gruene! It was a 3 minute walk.

We have stayed here several times and always have a great experience. We normally stay here when we have another couple or two with us. It's a very large unit with plenty of space for everyone and a good sized patio to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the river flow. Walking distance to all of Gruene, Guene Hall, the Grove, wine garden, 's all right there. Def recommend it for anyone wanting a great experience in Gruene! And can't forget the management team....they have always been so friendly and helpful!!!

We had the best time staying here! It was so clean and perfect for the price! We were a group of couples and it was plenty spacious and I love the location. Walking distance to everything!!! Would have loved to have had a full length mirror in the spare bedroom side but that's really the only thing I could suggest. Loved it all!!!!

The property is great! Everything we needed to have a few days break from reality!

We had a blast love tubing the river not so much on the Guadalupe like the comal better but we did have a great time lots of laughs and wonderful memories.

Wish we could have had more pleasant guests swimming in the pool, but the condo was perfect. It was neat and the beds were all comfy as well as being 5 minutes at most to Gruene Hall and to the shops.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was in the condo with few exceptions. So close to shopping, dining, entertainment and the river. We rarely had to drive anywhere. Very nice condo. Very comfy. Will def be back.

Absolutely loved the vacation rental. Perfect spot. Parked our car and walked everywhere. Pool looked so nice. Just too cold to go in. The condo was just as it looked in the pictures. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This was a perfect unit for a weekend with family. Clean with convenient check in and out. We had a couple of kids with us and used the pool daily. The location can't be beat for walking to the Hall and restaurants!

My family and I stayed here for three nights. There were six in our group, and it was a comfortable fit. The condo is very cute, and it had all the kitchen gear we needed for our stay. The appliances all work great, including the A/C. The only minor drawback was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. We were so worn out from our days spent at Schlitterbahn and in the river, though, we slept soundly despite the beds being a little underwhelming. Overall, this condo is great and we would stay here again.

The condo was clean, had all the amenities and a very gorgeous view from the balcony. We were in walking distance of Gruene Hall, restaurants and the lovely local shops. Would definitely visit again!

We loved our stay at the Parker River Haus! It is right in the heart of Gruene TX, with everything in walking distance. The condo was roomy, clean and decorated very nice. Since we were there at Christmas we did a lot of cooking in the condo. It would be nice to have a few more cooking utensils and items in the kitchen. Also, it would be nice if the shrubs were trimmed back so you could have an even more spectacular view of the river from the balcony. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Everything is walking distance from this condo. Condo was very clean and just the right size. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, and everything worked fine. Pool is a little small, but it wasn't a crowded weekend, so it was fine.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time in Gruene and this condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. A close walk to everything including the river.
