Wonderful stay. Watching whales and surfers. Great place to sell.

Pros: The amazing view, easy to get to the beach, nice beach bar and restaurant at the property next door, the sheets, blanket and towels were all fresh and white! The beds were comfortable, tons of pillows. The lack of air conditioning was not at all an issue, plenty of airflow with the windows open. Also, there is a convection microwave, so the lack of oven is not a problem as the microwave can be used as an oven if needed. There were 2 beach chairs in the unit that were very useful. I felt very safe at all times. There was a visible security presence in the evening! Oh and the beach is fantastic for watching the sun go down! We saw tons of whales, turtles and even a shark from our lanai. The Times supermarket down the road had a fantastic selection and decent prices! It was a great location! Cons: (despite these issues, we would still stay in this unit again.)We woke up to a few cockroaches in the kitchen each day despite our excessive cleaning and spraying of raid, (reported on day 2 to property mgmt, they responded that someone would be in touch to help us with them, but they didn';t come to address during our 2 week stay), very limited silverware, needs new frying pans. The pool area is nice but was very windy. We didn';t use the air bed, thank goodness as the only extra bedding appeared to be flannel sheets and a smelly sleeping bag or big comforters. It would have been nice if an extra white blanket and sheets were provided like on the beds. The fridge has an ice maker but no water dispenser(the ad description needs to be updated).

This property has a beautiful location, but the condition of the unit was not good. There was about a cup of sand in one of the showers, the carpets in the bedrooms didn't look like they had been vacuumed, there was a lot of sand in a closet, the mirrors weren't clean, and the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor, and when we called about that, we never got a call back. The doors and light switches were filthy--we had to do a deep cleaning before we wanted to live there. The carpets are in need of a good cleaning--spots were everywhere. When we checked in we noticed there were three dinner forks and three salad forks--for a two bedroom unit! There were minimal dishes and most of them were chipped. Be warned, there isn't even salt and pepper in this unit--you will need to buy or bring everything. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and they did supply enough soap for the washer. The beds were pretty comfortable, and listening to the ocean waves all night was lovely.
