The spacious Great Room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of comfy seating between a couch and two armchairs. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience, and a 60” TV with sound bar promises a cinematic experience for movie nights.
The posh game room has a pool table and leather club chairs. Another TV offers a sound bar, DVD, and Blu-ray.
KITCHEN & DINING
The expansive kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A five-burner gas range, French-door fridge, and double-basin sink make cooking a breeze; there's even a wine fridge and a handy built-in desk.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms. The two guest rooms are located on the first floor, creating added privacy in the main-floor master suite.
The master suite has a king bed. The bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third guest room has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A half bath on the main floor offers added convenience.
A gas grill and a six-person dining table await on the back deck. Enjoy a picnic in the pines in the beautifully landscaped and fully fenced yard.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 9 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted. VHR #2517
Although this home doesn’t have A/C, it is rarely needed with Tahoe’s mild summer temperatures.
All leases require a 31-day minimum term.
