Each of the four bedrooms is detailed with new linens and window treatments, plus a private en-suite bath. Updates continue throughout the main living space with nature-inspired décor, ceramic tile, and a new air conditioning system.
The complex’s clubhouse is available for guest use—soak in the hot tub after a day on the mountain, play a game of tennis or volleyball, and swim laps in the sparkling pool.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Hardwood floors gleam throughout the main living space of this three-story townhouse. Two leather couches and a patterned armchair invite you to unwind and watch a movie on the 29” TV, or curl up with a vacation read by the fireplace.
Access the back balcony to find a grill, two Adirondack chairs, and woodsy views.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts tile floors and stainless-steel appliances. Granite counters offer ample workspace; kitchen gadgets, condiments, and spices are at your disposal. Start your day with coffee or tea at the roomy breakfast bar for three. For special meals, sit down in the sunlit formal dining area, where a high-top table seats eight.
The airy master suite awaits upstairs with a king-size bed, a 29” TV. Vaulted ceilings soar overhead, and a gas fireplace makes the room even cozier. The en-suite bath features a large vanity and a separate bathing area with an indulgent jetted tub/shower combination.
On the main floor, the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk set, and a skylight in the high ceiling captures the sun. The en-suite bath features a glass walk-in shower with intricate tile work and a pebble floor.
Downstairs, two additional bedrooms both have a twin size and a queen-size bed, 29” TVs, and their own en-suite baths.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for three cars, and a booster seat and crib for the little ones. The complex clubhouse also offers a pool, hot tub, tennis, and volleyball for guest use.
Steps from Canyons Ski Resort and just 5 miles from Deer Valley, this townhouse is the perfect spot for a winter sports-filled vacation. In warmer months, hit the Armstrong and Lake Blanche Trails, or book a horseback trail ride with Red Pine Adventures, a half mile away.
