This spacious ski-in/ski-out 4-bed/4-bath condo sits on the 4 O'Clock ski run! This is 2 separate units connected by a door that may be rented together. The units may also be locked off from each other. The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. The living room is spacious with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and ski area views. The back deck overlooks 4 O'Clock Run and affords wonderful views of Horseshoe Bowl and Peak 8 above. Other amenities include: 2 underground parking space (do not exceed). In addition, all guests will have access to the clubhouse, which has an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub which looks directly over the Four OClock ski run. The clubhouse also has a deck area and gas grill for entertaining. The Tyra Summit condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road and is a short walk to town. Only a few beautiful private homes are located above the complex on this quiet dead-end road.
There is a queen master suite with TV and an ensuite bath. There is a second queen master suite with an ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and TV. The forth bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk and TV. There is additional sleeping for 4 with a 2 queen sleeper sofas located in each living room living room.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. What to be aware of:
- The HOA is very strict on parking and you will be towed if you park more than 1 car in the garage.
- The walk is about 2 minutes to get to the lift or you could ski down 4 O'Clock ski run, but you can ski into the complex.
- The Snowflake Lift is older and a little slow, but it beats waiting for the bus.
