The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. The living room is spacious with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and private deck. All guests will have access to the clubhouse, which has indoor/outdoor hot tubs. The clubhouse also has a deck area and gas grill for entertaining. The Tyra Chalet condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road and is a short walk to town. The unit is right across the street from the Sawmill Trail along Sawmill Creek. It is a gentle, beautiful hike, great for people of all ages. Kids can wade and everyone can fish in the reservoir at the top of the trail. The unit is equipped with an ActivePure Technology air purifier.
There is a queen master bedroom with TV, ensuite full bath with Jacuzzi tub and room darkening shades. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own sink and vanity, TV, room darkening shades and access to a shared full bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, TV and access to a shared full bath.

To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
