Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the slopes at Deer Valley Resort and the surrounding mountains in an incredibly convenient location. With easy walking access to the Silverlake lifts at Deer Valley Resort and a free city bus stop at the end of the street this location makes all activities a breeze! The incredible décor and charming space in this Deer Valley mountain home will provide the best experience Deer Valley and Park City have to offer.
This lovely mountain condo is 3 levels and approximately 2800 square feet. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The cozy living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, lots of light and gorgeous mountain views. Outside is a large deck with a gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub. This is also the end unit of the complex and provides the best views of any Twin Pines property!
Living Room: Brand new furniture for the 2017/2018 season! Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace with gas assist, brand new HDTV, DVD.
Kitchen: This chef’s kitchen features hardwood floors, tile counters, spacious and well equipped for cooking meals.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen counter. The small desk area is great in case you need to do some work as well.
