Welcome to our piece of beach front paradise. Our family has been visiting Treasure
Island for over a decade. Over the years we have always had our eyes on this beach front
penthouse condo as it is directly ocean facing and has one of the largest beach front
balconies on the island. We were fortunate enough to purchase this dream penthouse
recently and are thrilled to share a little about what we have done to it. After purchasing
the unit, we hired one of the best engineering firms in Tampa Bay to assist us with
redesigning and reimagining the interior space. Our goal was to create an open floor
plan that allows direct ocean views from the kitchen, dining and living areas. We then
hired specialized luxury contractors to renovate the condo raising the ceiling, removing
walls that were closing in the kitchen, installing new high end kitchen cabinets, granite
countertops and full granite back splash surfaces, totally renovating both full bathrooms,
adding new moisture resistant flooring, and installing new hurricane proof windows and
entry doors throughout. We also purchased new master bedroom furniture, etc. and
updated the furnishings throughout the unit.
We are now thrilled to invite you to enjoy this spotless private third-floor 2-bedroom, 2-
bathroom, 1080 sq ft., penthouse residence which directly overlooks the largest white
sand beach in Treasure Island. Our newly renovated residence now provides modern,
ocean-facing, open floor plan kitchen and living areas, clean fully updated bathrooms,
and an overall carefree beachfront vacation paradise. We also use a professional
cleaning company that has a quality assurance team to ensure that the residence has
been properly cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. Additionally, we steam clean the
furniture on a routine basis to ensure a clean inviting living experience.
While at our condo you can spend leisurely days on the extra-large, fully covered (325 sq
ft) private oceanfront penthouse balcony as the sun rises and watch the amazing
sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico! In between, you can step out to the crystal-clear beach
directly in front of the residence and go for a walk along the beautiful white sand
stretches or enjoy the calm gulf ocean. After your swim, you can lounge on beachfront
cabanas which are available for rent. When you are ready for a cold drink or a hot meal,
just take a short stroll down the beachfront boardwalk right outside the residence to
beachfront restaurants and bars without ever having to cross a street. If you prefer to
make a meal, there is a full equipped kitchen and a large supermarket to stock up only 3
minutes away. When not enjoying the beach, you can relax pool side or take a dip in the
heated pool that is nestled in the lush, carefully maintained tropical gardens. When you
are ready for some excitement, more options are only a short 3-minute drive at Johns
Pass which offers numerous shops and restaurants, live music, and the opportunity to
participate in various water sports, book deep sea fishing, or dolphin and sunset cruises,
