Description
Welcome to Tidewater in Beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama! This fantastic one bedroom unit has everything you can imagine to make your vacation fabulous. Located right in the heart of Orange Beach, you will find yourself close to shopping, dining, walking and biking trails, and much more. The condo is right on the beach, so no need to worry about traffic or long walks. The boardwalk takes you from the beautiful pool straight to the white sandy beach, so get ready to enjoy!
Once inside the condo, you will find an unbeatable view of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass! Just open your balcony door and take in the scenery, the Gulf breeze, and the sound of waves crashing on shore. There is one bedroom as well as a set of bunks in the nook, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests if needed. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room is spacious with brand new furnishings including a beautiful couch and recliner.
The complex offers a wide range of amenities from the huge outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tub, free WIFI, to a great workout facility overlooking the beach. Come and see why Tidewater is the perfect spot for you to vacation this summer.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Professionally Managed By Poole & Associates
This unit is not available for winter rentals (October 15th - March 1st).
Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
