The Rendezvous Retreat is a one of a kind ski-in/ski-out property nestled in the woods along the slopes of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in the highly sought after Granite Ridge neighborhood of Teton Village. Newly installed hot tub situated between the main and guest house provides the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes, or a strenuous mountain hike. Daily housekeeping in included with this reservation. This expansive 7 bedroom home features exquisite detail, old-world stone and reclaimed timber Located at the top of Granite Ridge in Teton Village with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the legendary Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the Grand Teton National Park, the location cannot be beat. The home has 7 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional .5 bathroom located at the entry of the home. This property consists of a main residence and detached guest house, which is accessible via a short walkways via covered path. Guests who rent this home have access to the 3 car garage, with heated boot and ski/snowboard storage. Although there is a grand entrance, covered by a breath-taking porte-cochere, guests entering through the garage are greeted with an expansive mud room with cubbies and two large closets. A large laundry area is also located in this part of the home.
Five bedrooms are spread over a main residence, with a two bedroom guest house located just a few steps from the primary home. This property, situated on 1.11 acres, boasts a gourmet kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, propane fireplace and eat-in-kitchen. A large kitchen island, with seating for 4, is the perfect place to share notes about the day's adventure. A 6 person dining table is situated next to the fireplace alongside a beautiful picture window that frames the mountains and trees that Jackson is known for worldwide.
The Great Room is timeless with massive vaulted reclaimed timbers, stone elements and a cozy wood burning fireplace to relax by after a big day in the mountains. An additional dining table for 8 is located in the Great Room. An additional media room, featuring a cozy couch, large flat-screen tv, and 3rd fireplace rests just along the Great Room. With hundreds of books and movies for guests to choose from, this cozy space allows for everyone to have a space to get away. A hot tub is being installed May 2019.
The Master Bedroom is located on the main level and is very spacious with a large walk-in closet, his and her vanities, den, walk-in shower, deep soaking tub and Japanese toilet. Multiple windows provide access to the outside space, allowing for opportunities to spot the vast wildlife that is often observed in this area. Four additional bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home in two separate wings. Directly down the stairs from the Great Room, two adjacent bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. One bedroom has a Queen and the other has two Double beds. Creating a pathway to even more space, a large hall connects the wings. Central is this area is a small sitting room with a couch and TV. Two additional bedrooms are located in this area, each with a King bed. One of the bedrooms is over-sized, featuring an additional Twin bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Not to be forgotten, this property also has a detached guest house that is accessed via a covered stone pathway that connects the two residences. This two bedroom guest house includes a small kitchen, dining and living area, and cozy fireplace. One of the bedrooms in the guesthouse is complete with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds (sleeping for 4), providing a cozy nook for children or teens to enjoy their vacation in the mountains. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional washer and dryer located in the bathroom adjacent to the Queen bedroom. This beautiful compliment to the main house is a wonderfully equipped location for guests as well as staff and anyone else accompanying your stay.
