Description
This fabulous upscale 3 story home offers 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths and is directly on the beach. The two 14x30 foot decks on the second and third floors have some of the best views Port A has to offer. On the 3rd floor you will find the open living room, kitchen and dining room: a perfect place to gather in the evening. The third floor balcony is only accessible by the outside stairs leading from the second floor balcony. There is a Queen bedroom and one bathroom on this floor as well. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom - which is to die for; it has a king size bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, complete with an ocean view. The second floor also offers a Queen size bedroom, as well as the bunk room. The bunk room offers two sets of twin bunk beds - one set includes a trundle. There is a shared bathroom for these two bedrooms.
The ground floor is where you will find the fifth bedroom and a half bath - it also offers a king size bed. This home has everything and more! The elevator has full access to all three floors. There is also a heated community pool for you to enjoy. Come and relax at the luxury, one of a kind beachfront home! There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this home. Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart pass.
This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. This must be been presented to the onsite Gulf Waters office at the time of check in. Failure to provide proof of vaccination can result in eviction per Gulf Waters HOA.

The house was well furnished with all amenities as well as being very comfortable with 2 or all 10 of us. With a balance problem to deal with, the elevator was a welcome solution. We did have trouble finding our entry into a luxury RV Park. A bit unexpected. Also a fire alarm battery failed one morning about 4:00am. We informed management and they sent someone to repair the next day.
A few things to note, there is a bedroom on ground floor that has no interior connection, we were going to use the room for kids but didn't feel comfortable so far away. 7 of the beds are twins. The doors do not block any noise. If someone is in the bathroom on 3rd floor everyone can hear. Also recommend renting a beach buggy for trips to the beach and taking out trash.
Needless to say, we would never stay here again or with any Port A Escapes property. Paying $2200 for 2 nights and to deal with this, it was a joke.
