We've stayed at many luxury properties and what really bothers us with this one is the amount of rules that makes us feel not welcomed. With this pricing, you would think that dishes, laundry/linens can be taken care of by the cleaning team, but no we still had to do it all otherwise would get charged. There is a charge for every single silly thing. We also had an issue where we kept being misinformed. We asked for a free late check out and got a "no problem". Then when we signed the contract and paid, there's a $250 fee. When asked about it, were told "if it's past 12:30pm then it's not free, but i'll talk to my manager" Then we heard nothing until the day before we leave, we were informed we need to leave at 2pm (we thought we had the house until 4pm). We finally left at 1:30pm with another promise of getting the $250 refunded and "i'll talk to the manager". So far I haven't heard back again.
