The rental process was frustrating. We chose a property that allowed a pet. After we rented the property we were told there would be a $25 charge per night plus $45 additional insurance for the pet. The property was managed by a company that did not know anything about the property. They did not how how to get a second car parking, and there were no additional sheets for the sofa bed. The management office closed at 5 PM and there was no access for sheets or towels after this time.The property was inadequately maintained. We had to purchase our own glasses as there were no drinking glasses. The master bedroom had no electricity. The main living room had no heating. They were space heaters in the main room but if both are on at the same time, electrical circuit breaker was tripped. There was an open junction box on the floor of the living room.

This was a 1980's condo that has never been updated. The windows didn't work. There was only 1 wash cloth in each bathroom for a 3 night say. Phone call 1 week before with leasing office was not followed and made confusion. We took over an hour to get in the condo.

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better (hear in shower) but overall it was good.
