We had an amazing time. We loved the open concept of this home. It gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time as a family. Being active outdoor enthusiast, this was the perfect setting. End of the road privacy, great location, log home and very private. We had one issue with the water heater. We called and immediately a repair person came to the residence and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. He was very professional and friendly. It is obvious that the owner of this property thought everything through when they built this home. Our family was overly pleased and each of them has expressed they want to stay here again when we return for our annual getaway in 2022.

This was a great place to relax. The house was spacious and clean. The 2nd guest bedroom did not have great circulation. The last night we were there it was uncomfortable to sleep. Too hot.

This place is a great place to relax and enjoy. We had a great stay and saw wildlife every day more then once. By the water and the woods. Away from town but not to far away. Great location and a beautiful cabin and owners are close by and friendly. Would stay again anytime in the the area if they were ok with us as we were with them. Like I said a beautiful place and had everything we needed.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 kids and 2 adults. The house was plenty big for all of us. Everything was exactly like I expected from the pictures. The pool was amazing and much bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. We were there during a very hot time but the hot tub was surprisingly really comfortable especially since there was a ceiling fan above it and you got a really nice breeze from the covered porch. This place is a little distance from Branson....about 20 minutes to get to downtown and 30+ minutes depending on traffic to get to the other side where a lot of attractions are at. Also the nearest takeout restaurant will be about 15 minutes away. If you want to cook this house has everything you need. We used the fire pit one night and it was really great that they provided wood for it. We got takeout from Mountain William Pizza in Forsyth (15 minutes from cabin) and it was delicious! We recommend the calzones.....but skip the pasta that was nothing special. Also Yummy Donuts in Forsyth had the most delicious pastries. With being so far outside of Branson we still made it work. We headed into Branson in the morning for a half of day, and by the time it was too hot to be outside we headed to the house to spend time in the pool. The kids absolutely loved this place. It was really nice that they could have their side of the cabin and the adults could be on the opposite side. Also a bonus that the master bedroom has a sliding door to the deck where the hot tub is. Overall you really can't go wrong with renting this place (unless you want to be really close to Branson).

This was the second time we have rented from Sunset Nightly rentals and the homeowners. Both experiences have been exceptional. The home is beautiful and well maintained. We were able to use the pool each day of our stay which was one of the prime reasons for selecting this home and the same homeowners. The location is remote enough for privacy but still within reasonable drive to services. All amenities were accurate. I believe this property had a partial or full basement. The basement was blocked off which makes perfect sense. I would only consider the need for access (would need door code) for situations such as weather warnings (thunderstorms, tornadoes etc.) that are imminent threats.

Property was very nice! It was clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities. The fenced in yard was perfect for our Beagle, so he had a place to run around while we went to town. No complaints and would rent this property again!

The photos do not do this beautiful home/retreat justice. The location and amenities are spot on and worth every penny. You have to drive a little ways out to get to SDC and other places in Branson, but the drive is so enjoyable, it wasn't an inconvenience at all. We enjoyed SDC, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Sight & Sounds Theater "JESUS" and shopping. Then we came home to Teal's Treasure which is awesome all by itself. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy!!! : )

Space was gorgeous and very clean. The hot tub was a great feature, especially since it turned out to be chilly at night. Seemed very private and secluded and had great views of lake. Would definitely stay again.

After being home for 4 months, with no relief in sight (our fave summer spots will remain closed),we were desperate for some different activities and a change of scenery. How can a family of 5 unwind from a long quarantine and still keep our high risk members safe?? After a quick search, Sunset Vacations popped up and blew me away. I was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable the private homes were! Perfect amenities and location (private). When we arrived, we were amazed that everything we needed was really there. From plenty of utensils and cookware, even dish soap and dishtowels to toilet paper to firewood, they thought of everything! Most importantly was that it was very CLEAN!! Shout out to the staff and housekeeping services! We had a blast! Plenty to do and a lovely change of scenery! We plan to come back every year now! p.s...BTW, bring cash to tip the fantastic housekeeping staff as you would in a hotel, they deserve it (we didn't see the envelope until we checked out and had to scrape up an embarrassingly small tip and still regret that.) All in all it was just what the doctor ordered! A lovely drive to the perfect getaway and a fantastic experience! Thanks again and see ya next year!!

My family recently spent a long weekend here for fall break. We thought it looked nice from the online photos, but it was even better in person! Beautiful cabin with lots of rustic charm. Everything inside looked new and was perfectly clean. The sofas and beds were really comfortable. The backyard was fenced, which was awesome - it enabled us to bring our little dog with us for a change, which she loved. The backyard has a great fire pit, nice deck with a jacuzzi (which we used - very clean & worked great), grill, and above-ground pool (we didn't use this in late October, but it looked nice also). The cabin is located at the end of a long residential road, literally right next to Bull Shoals lake. The views from the home and other places along the road (if you take a walk) are really beautiful. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for what we were looking for - a nice quiet & rustic getaway. The owners were great too. In fact, there were some issues with one of the smoke alarms while we were out one day, so they contacted us (after getting alerts) and then went over to try to take care of the issue. We crossed paths when we returned to the house and they were so friendly and excited to tell us about the area. I think we will definitely be going back to this one!

A little off the grid, but exactly what we were looking for in a pandemic vacation. House was amazing. Clean, modern, and included everything we needed for our stay. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by kids and adults. Property is located at the end of a 2 mile dead end road so we weren't bothered by people or traffic. Short commute into Branson for supplies. Overall a great spot!!

Amazing property, wonderful amenities and super close to Branson. Rented a boat from Kdock did tubing with kids, Marina is within eyesight of property on water. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay here. The property was very well-maintained, clean and cozy. It's very secluded, but only 20 minutes from town. It rained most of our stay, so we mostly stayed in the hot tub on the back deck. Not a bad way to spend a vacation!

Our families prefer a more secluded location rental home for our vacations and this one, Teal's Treasure, was perfect. The rear of the home faces somewhat East overlooking the lake. The sunrises were very beautiful. The log home is beautifully decorated. We are in the habit of bringing our own paper products, cleaning products, pots/pans, utensils, and small appliances we use for cooking because out past rental home experiences have been lacking. That was not the case with Teal's Treasure! The owners have thought of everything to ensure their guests have everything they could possibly need to make their stay pleasurable. We wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because we would like to express our over the top satisfaction to the owners. The house is beautiful, about 15 minutes from Branson, but well worth being out in the woods! The house is located on a wooded lot with a view of the lake. If you sit out on the deck you can hear the birds and only nature. The house is made of logs and is very well layed out. All on one level, brand new home. They have everything you need, well stocked. We can't wait to go back!We can't wait to go back. Owners very friendly.

The house was very clean, had everything that we needed, was in a beautiful, peaceful location, and had a nice hot tub right on the deck.It is close enough to Branson, if you want to drive in, but we were there for quiet and relaxation. It was perfect.We will definitely come back.

We had a great week at Teal's Treasure. The home is so clean and well maintained. It is far enough away from Branson for quiet, relaxation and close enough to jump in the car and drive 20-25 minutes and be right in the middle of it all.

WE loved the rental house. It was clean and beautiful, the pool was warm and large. The beds very comfortable. It was very private and about 25 minutes to Branson. The only complaint would be that during the middle of the night we lost power for about an hour or 2 and an alarm on the cabins security system went off for the entire time. A high lit bed squealing noise. The alarm was for the air conditioning system being down. It was extremely annoying and woke the kids up. But otherwise our stay was amazing. We rented a pontoon boat from K dock marina, and highly recommend it. The owners where so friendly and it was half the price of any other boat rental around. The lake was huge and beautiful we rented a tube too, and took the kids tubing. There where hardly any other boats around, it was like having a private lake to ourselves. I would highly recommend both the cabin and k dock marina
