KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is completely updated with a granite island including a five-seat breakfast bar, an extra sink, a dishwasher, a Keurig machine, and plenty of space for prep. The GE electric range, microwave, and refrigerator are all brand-new.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The master bedroom with two California king beds and a 42” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom boasts a king bed and double doors that open to the side yard and lower deck with a hot tub, lounge chairs, and view of the Tahoe Key’s Lagoon. The third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle.
The guest bathroom is configured with a shower/tub combination (the home includes a tankless water heater so your group will never run out of hot water!).
A half bathroom provides added convenience.
Doors off the main room leads to a large deck with BBQ, chairs and a table for six.

This dog-friendly home includes parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This home is located at Tahoe Keys Beach and Harbor, with tennis courts, indoor/outdoor pools, and a private beach - all just a short walk away. Tahoe Keys amenities (tennis, swimming pools, volleyball, beach, pier) are available at a nominal daily surcharge.
For day trips, Freel Peak is 45 minutes from Tahoe Keys, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to Washoe Meadows State Park and Heavenly too! Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort is also just a 10-minute drive away.
When all that adventuring leaves you with an appetite, rest assured that plenty of dining options are within an easy drive. Sonney’s BBQ Shack Bar & Grill serves BBQ fare and comfort food, My Thai cuisine offers top-rated dishes in a charming atmosphere and homey Keys Café dishes up breakfast and lunch.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. VHR License #009107
