When you arrive after a long day of traveling, you’ll be impressed with the perfectly manicured lawn, swaying palm trees, modern architectural details and long stone driveway that welcome you home. As you enter, a stylish front foyer sets the tone for the rest of the home.
The home opens up to a spacious front living area, complete with two leather sofas and a plush loveseat and ottoman. The high-end wood paneled floors, the sleek glass top coffee table, the elegant art pieces and the soaring ceilings create a sophisticated space for the whole family to hang out. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall so families can binge watch their favorite shows or host a movie night with popcorn and snacks.
The front living room flows right into the front dining room. This beautiful space features a high top table with four seats and sits in front of massive sliding glass doors that open up out onto the pool. This comfortable dining area feels like an extension of the covered lanai, offering a place to sit and enjoy a drink in the comfort of the AC while still being a part of the poolside activities.
The dining area flows into the fully furnished kitchen, a space where the chef of the family has more than enough room and resources to work his/her magic. This modern kitchen is complete with custom cabinets, upgraded tile flooring, high-end appliances and an abundance of counter space. The kitchen has a large window that overlooks the pool and transitions smoothly into yet another dining area. This dining room, a little bigger than the front dining area, has a rectangular glass top dining table and seating for six. A minibar, calming color scheme and soft lighting make this a great spot to enjoy dinner (or happy hour!) with the whole crew.
And it only makes sense for a home with two dining areas to have two living rooms as well, right? The formal dining area flows into the main living room, an open area with a large sofa and oversized armchair overlooking the pool.
The gorgeous private pool is one of the highlights of this incredible home. Screened in to let the sun in and keep dirt and leaves out, this pool, patio and shaded lanai area come together to create more like an outside entertainment venue than your typical backyard pool. With a spacious covered lanai and multiple seating areas, you can enjoy a poolside BBQ every day of the week if you wanted to! Two high top seats sit at the counter in front of the window overlooking the kitchen. The family chef can pass chips and guac through this window for the sunbathers and swimmers to enjoy. A luxurious outdoor dining area, with seating for six, sits directly outside of the main living room and under a whisper-quiet ceiling fan. A separate outdoor lounge right outside the master bedroom provides a more intimate place to sit in the shade and spend time with your loved ones.
The unique thing about this lanai area is that it is set up and apart from the pool. This area features open windows overlooking the pool below, creating the feeling of an entirely separate yet fully inclusive outdoor space. Take a short flight of stairs down to the pool, patio and hot tub, and you’re in a completely different area! The large pool is surrounded by an expansive sundeck and plenty of sun loungers, and there’s a hot tub set off to the right of the pool. This bubbling hot tub is a great place to rest your muscles after a long day exploring the island. A small dining area behind the hot tub makes for a convenient place to put your drinks or set your phone up for some music! This area is also where the BBQ is, giving you the option to grill your dinner and enjoy it poolside.
Inside, there are three impressive bedrooms and two spa-inspired bathrooms. The first bedroom is the master, complete with King size bed, gorgeous hardwood floors, a calming color scheme and elegant artwork, private access out to the outdoor lounge and a private master bathroom. This amazing bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and an extended vanity area with dual sinks and marble counters.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, plush carpet, modern lighting, a stylish dresser and sleek flat-screen TV. A large window overlooks the pool and allows plenty of natural light to flow through.
The third bedroom is bright and fun and has two twin size beds. With plush carpet, subtle marine-themed decor and a calming color palette, this spacious room is perfect for kids or adults and is just steps from the family bathroom.
The family bathroom has a walk-in glass enclosed shower with contemporary shower fixtures, an elegant vanity area with granite counter tops and access out to the pool.
