SURFSIDE I 210 - FAMILIES ONLY. RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED IF YOU ARE A SPRING BREAKER. 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit (sleeps 6), located in a nice complex within 2 minutes to the beach (1/4 block). Unit is furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Has a swimming pool, hot tub, two queens and a sofa sleeper. Unit is on the second story with balcony. No elevator on premises. WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FROM MARCH 11TH TO APRIL 21ST AT A COST OF $25 FOR ANYONE OVER 10 YRS OF AGE. One dog allowed under 25 pounds with a $75 non-refundable pet fee. Lots of things to do on the island, shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!!
