The first thing you notice as you walk through the door is the updated kitchen with everything you need to cook a big meal. You will also find a full sized washer and dryer for your utmost convenience. The dining area has a table that can expand to accommodate six people; two more can be seated nearby at the kitchen bar. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen television with a blu-ray player.
There is a balcony on each side of the condo. From one, you have a full panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets. From the other wrap-around balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay. The master suite has a king bed and opens onto the balcony overlooking the beach. The middle bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto the wrap-around balcony that overlooks the bay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat screen television. This unit can comfortably sleep eight people thanks to the new sofa bed in the den.
Located one mile west of the Highway 59/Beach Boulevard intersection - convenient to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the best of the desirable west beach at Surf Side Shores. This low-density, well-maintained building features two beautiful swimming pools and two children's wading pools overlooking 200' of private gulf beach. There are ample chairs and chaise lounges poolside, as well as restrooms and vending machines. Both of our outdoor pools are equipped with heaters and one or the other pool is heated to a comfortable swimming temperature during the cooler seasons. There is also a landscaped area suitable for Frisbee, flag football, etc. and a BBQ area.
SurfSide Shores Condominiums consists of 96 privately-owned condominium units in two modern, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped nine-story buildings. The property is managed and maintained by a very active homeowners association, with an on-site property manager and security/courtesy officers on-site nights and weekends. There is ample and secure off-street parking.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
