We usually rent a house at Crystal Beach at least once a year, most years twice. This is our second time to rent this cabin. While it does need some maintenance (exterior paint) it's a great cabin and we will rent it again. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with too! We had a great time and the weather was very nice considering we were there the week between Christmas and New Years Day. Having two fridges is awesome! House is nicely equipped and if you get the linen package all you have to do is show up with clothes and food! Would def recommend this cabin!!!!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean with nice furnishings and the stairs were not as tall as many other houses we have stayed in. The two refigerators were great for the amount of food and beverages needed for a week's stay! The location was perfect for us. We stayed the whole week and even stayed 2 extra days at a reasonable price! I would definitely stay here again.

Location of this house is perfect, could not be any better! The house itself is a great floor plan, room sizes are good and the mattresses are the best of any house we've rented to date by far!!!! House needs a bit of maintenance (exterior paint mainly) and a picnic table downstairs would be nice but all in all it definitely is a cabin I'd want to rent again......and look forward to it too! Once again Cobb was easy and professional, always a pleasure to do business with you. The linens and towels were more than adequate as well. I'd definitely give Surf and Sand 5 Stars!!!!!!

I brought my entire family to this location for Easter. There were 14 of us total. The house was absolutely perfect! Plenty roomy and gorgeous to boot. The kitchen was well stock with dishes, utensils and all sorts of gadgets to fit your needs.I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the beach in comfort. All aces in my opinion!!

We absolutely loved our holiday at Surf and Sand! Plenty of room for all of us, two refrigerators to keep plenty of food, very clean, and the ocean view is amazing! Our first night the stove top went out. Cobb sent a repairmen at 7 pm on Dec 23 and it was fixed within 2 hours of our call! We rented a golf cart for the week and had lots of fun driving up & down the beach! You will love staying at Surf and Sand!!

Loved the property and stay. Property Management company was very helpful with linen rentals etc. Would have loved it if they had allowed us to do a late check out.

nice place and an excellent view.everyone bad a good time. Only minor issue was the stove top was cracked so we only used couple burners

My experience renting from Cobb was outstanding. Jessica was so helpful getting everything set up. The house was beautiful and th view was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend renting from Cobb to any of my friends. I will be renting from Cobb again!

From the photos, we expected the house to adequately meet the needs of our 14-member family vacation. It was even better! The photos really don't do it justice.

Last minute booking for a great weekend getaway. Cobb staff was friendly and efficient, the property was clean and well appointed for the cost.

We have rented many beachfront homes only to be disappointed with the misrepresentation of comfort. NOT HERE! Plenty of fridge space, lovely dishes, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds, tvs in every room and the table was a dream. I can't say enough complimentary things about our experience. From our encounter with the staff at Cobb Realty to the house itself we had a wonder experience.

This was the perfect beach stay for our family of 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren, especially in light of the rainy days. The little ones were entertained with DVD's in their room while the older ones had the game table to keep them entertained. We all loved the roomy house, it's closeness to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We are ready to return!

We had a wonderful time at Surf and Sand! The staff at Cobb Real Estate was very easy to work with. The layout of the house was perfect for our four-couple party. The four bedrooms all open to the main living/kitchen area, but they each have their unique private feel, as well. The porch railing was very sturdy and narrowly spaced in order to keep our two year old safe from falling. The walk to the beach is unbeatable. We have been searching for "that place" we can stay on Bolivar for years, and this just might be it.

Our stay and view was nice. We enjoyed the house. It would have been nice if atleast one of the waterhoses provided would have worked, but neither the one up on the balcony nor the one under the house had a functioning house. They both were dry rotted and spewed in every direction then the direction needed. <br/><br/>I would recommend this house and hope to stay here again. In my next visit or in anyones visit, I would suggest bringing your own water hose if needed and your own way to start a fire, ie. Aim n flame or lighter to use the pit.

I so enjoyed staying at this cabin, it was clean and in a great front row location. There were plenty of cooking utinsils for us to make many meals. The interior colors and decor in this cabin are very comfortable. The beds were soooooo comfortable too. It was nice to have the washer/dryer available as well. <br/>

Our home flooded in Harvey so we decided to rent a beach cabin and spend Christmas at the beach. Cobb Real Eatate was great to work with. The cabin was even better than we expected. Had a great stay!

This was our first time in this area to rent a beach house. It was a different experience because this is a very popular beach. We were her on the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular! If you are looking for more serene beach time this may. Not be the place for you. It is very busy. The house is a great set up with all bedrooms opening into main area and the porch is awesome with front row seats to all the beach action. If you are in for people watching and a lot of action, this is your place.

The house is better than the photos show. It is very well kept and clean. We had 4 couples and children and we all fit comfortably. Amazing view and the home was fully furnished with everything needed. Great view sitting out on the balcony enjoying the sound of waves coming ashore and fun filled environment on the beach. Cobb real estate was easy to work with and loved that we could pick up the keys as early as 12:00 on the day of arrival. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice beach getaway to stay at this property!

Wonderful house and as usual i really enjoy going through Cobb's. Staff is so nice and easy to deal with. The house was definitely more than the pictures show.
