Sunswept is an older building but I like that it’s not as crowded. There is a nice pool with an ocean view and our view from the condo was great. Decorated nicely and plenty of space for us!

The property manager was very courteous and helpful. The property was clean and spacious. It has a wonderful view and is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would gladly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Nice location. Was a perfect for our family of 6. <br/>Only downside was the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is a little shaky. Other than that everything was perfect.

Besides the excellent weather we had since January 1, we also enjoyed again our usual unit, but we were delighted with the new cabinets and countertops. The overall appearance on the exterior and common areas of Sunswept were a pleasant surprise.

We reserved this condo for spring break 2023. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The condo had plenty of space for all of us to gather and be separated if we wanted. The master bedroom, bedroom and bathroom(s) upstairs were great. Kitchen appliances are nice and upgraded. Some of the issues we had were the TV remotes were complicated to use and maybe the batteries were dead. The gate(s) to and from the beach/pool area seemed a bit much to us but may be a safety issue, also the no restroom in the pool area for public use was frustrating (elevators worked great). Finally, the stairs in the condo are absolutely a problem, they move when you walk on them and are a challenge going up and down them. <br/><br/>The employees are absolutely great and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and we truly appreciate that.

Location was great great. Great beach with lots of wildlife A Huge deep pool and so many Chef driven restaurant's...people where great! So much too do (activities). The condo could use some care. The roof top is only good for smokers. I still rate the overall experience a 10. Condo a 8, stairs, towels and furniture need to be updated.

This place is better in person than the pictures show, you can tell the owners care a lot and have lots of books and games for all ages. We had some maintenance issues but all in all it was a great stay!

We had the most amazing time here. The condo was amazing. Can't wait to go back next year and stay in the same condo again.

Sunswept was a great week and centrally located to just about everything. Staff was super friendly and our stay was fantastic. I would like to have seen more cleaning going on around the pool area with the current virus going around.

The condo was great, giving us ample room and great views down the beach. We had a wonderful experience with our stay. It had a great location being near all the best restaurants and close to the main thoroughfare to the shops. The beach access and pool were superb. We will definitely be staying in this condo again in the future.

This was perfect for our family. Everyone slept well - the beds were more comfortable than most rentals. The two stories with views of the ocean were wonderful! We did not want to leave. I highly recommend.

We loved our condo! The condo was nice and plenty of room for 6 of us. The view was fantastic! The pool and beach were both nice and never too crowded. We were able to walk to a few restaurant too. Close to a lot of activities.

I love the condo's at Sun Swept but this unit had fitted sheet in the second bedroom upstairs were dirty along with black stuff on the curtains, there was hair in the towels, the rug in the master bed room by the balcony door had black stuff on it. The table place mats had food on them, the oven was dirty, dishes were dirty that had been put up. All the glass doors were hard to lock. Over all it was a nice place to stay, again we love the location just feel short on cleanliness on our arrival. Also the internet was down for the first two days so no TV or computer use, finally got it fixed but it was our problem to get a hold of Century link and trouble shoot the situation. Still would recommend this place just could use a little more attention between renters maybe.

We had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We've stayed at various Sunswept units over the last 30+ years and our family has many great memories.

We had a great stay (5 nights), staff was helpful and friendly, very clean rooms, pictures really don't the condo justice. I would suggest taking some better photos. The beach view was amazing! Pool was well kept. Loved the location so close to everything. We will be booking again next year!

Sunswept has been our home away from home for many years. Love the staff, love the location.

Met or exceeded expectations

Returning this year, we were very happy to see the new light fixture above the dining area table, and also the new furniture (sofa, chairs, patio table&chairs). The only concern is the stains on the ceilings upstairs and down that indicate incipient trouble with leakage. For the owners' sake, I hope this gets resolved permanently and soon. All appliances worked, except the toaster that was replaced immediately. Suggest mounting the hooks on the wall in the kitchen more securely. We liked the new door locks. One of the main elevators was literally and figuratively "shaky," and visits from the elevator maintenance folks has not solved this.
