I would recommend this unit to others and we would stay there again. During our stay, we experienced a freak active clean water leak in the unit requiring management intervention and resolution. The office staff and management company made every effort to minimize its impact on our stay and keep our vacation on track. No doubt it would have been 5 stars across the board on a "normal" week. There is a lot to like about the unit, the complex, the beach and the area.

Unit was clean, comfortable and very inviting! I love that Sunswept is low density. The pool is never crowded. The beach was great. I love Sunswept so much I hope to even buy a condo for myself in the very near future!

The Condo was everything I hoped for and more. Beautiful view of the gulf! I ate meals on the balcony every day. The bed was comfortable and overall the condo was very well decorated! I plan on making it an annual trip there and hope to be able to stay in the same condo! Thank you for allowing me to use your lovely condo!

I like that you check in at the condo not some office across town.

The condo was SUPER cute and we would love to stay there again. During our week they were remodeling the outside and the noise of power tools was non-stop. Also, we noticed alot of mold around inside air vents etc. We didn't have the air or heat on so we weren't too worried about it.

Had a wonderful time. Staff was great. Very helpful. Will definitely be returning next year..

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Loved having the 1/2 bath. Walmart right across the street as well as some other shopping. Make sure you get some cupcakes at Deep South Cake. We didn't have a car, so it was good Walmart was so close, as there are no basic cooking ingredients. Not even salt/pepper. No extra trash bags, TP or dishwasher soap. Wish the pool was heated through May--it was COLD. Make sure you go to Flora-Bama. We walked to a couple restaurants, but mostly cooked at the condo. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. First time visiting Alabama. Only surprise was AL has a 10% sales tax. It was a great place to get away from the long Michigan winter.

Sister and I have no other family, and we love the beach in the winter.

This is our 8th year coming to OB and our 7th with Sunswept condominiums. This was the cleanest and most well cared for unit we&#x2019;ve stayed in. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Aside from being unable to use the balcony at times due to other guests smoking and often times it was marijuana, the views are amazing the water was clear and beautiful.

Great location. Walmart, groceries and other shops a walk across from it. Nice pool, short walk to beach, plenty of chairs and clean. Staff was friendly. I will be back!<br/>We were going to extend a day but booking office is closed on Sunday.

This was a good stay for us, the width was a little narrow for our taste but it was a great view from the balcony and everything is right there for shopping and eating. I was a little disappointed with the on-site staff. We wanted to look at a two bedroom and they told us they were all booked up, which was highly untrue with only about 8-10 cars in the parking lot. Probably will look for someplace else since we could not look at the 2 bedrooms to see if it might be larger.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept 704. It was convenient to Walmart and the local surf shops. The unit was very spacious and had a great A/C unit. The only suggestion would be a new mattress for the bed. We will definitely stay in this unit again

good location, comfortable for two people, easy beach access, adequate parking even though it was not covered parking<br/>new kitchen appliances <br/>bath and a half was a nice touch for a one bedroom condo<br/>Whoever is responsible for the linens needs to improve the bathtowels. The were small and poor quality. The hand towels and bath cloths were okay.

This was just what we were looking for. The location was perfect - right on the beach - balcony overlooking the ocean - well stocked and just perfect!

This is an older property, and not particularly clean or well maintained. It was fine for a couple needing a little getaway to Orange Beach, and we had a great time. There was a nice set of knives in the unit and the A/C worked well.

Great condo but if I would change anything it would be need a bigger tv in bedroom and a keurig coffee maker

Check in was easy and simple, and the condo was as advertised. Great location and no issues. My only suggestion is to updated the kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the updated bathroom was wonderful.

Loved it can't wait till next year. The only issue was the mattress was not very comfortable if you have back problems.

The stay was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. It was my husband and I first time going on vacation by ourselves and we enjoyed the stay very much.

We really like 704 Sunswept. THe furnishings are comfortable, the unit is clean, the view is priceless. This is our second stay in this unit and probably our 6th stay at Sunswept. The staff that maintains Sunswept are great. Rachel, Sherry and Lewis are always helpful and friendly. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area.

Another wonderful trip to Orange Beach! We'll be back in the Fall.

The condo is in great condition. The staff is very friendly and professional Highly recommend staying there!!

The space and price were perfect for 2 people. It was nice having the 1/2 bath especially since one of us slept on the couch. The view was spectacular! Our only complaint was the building next to us was being worked on, the lift they used beeped when moving. The noise was rather annoying. There was also a condo unit being worked on in our building, which was additional noise at times. Overall it was a nice stay!

We loved staying in Sunswept 704! Rental was clean and cute. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice, roomy shower! Cute decor and HUGE King bed! Balcony had the most perfect (and CLOSE) view of the beach! We loved that sunswept had fewer crowds than other places we've stayed.

I loved staying at the 704 Sunswept unit in Orange beach. I love the location, it was right on the beach and very close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed while we stayed there. The only thing that I had an issue with is the living room sofa sleeper. It needs to be updated. I slept on the sofa sleeper and it was uncomfortable. Other than that I loved everything. I would definitely stay there again.

We always have a GREAT time at Sunswept. September 2020 we arrived and had three good sun, beach and pool days. But then Sally decided to turn our way and Tuesday night was frightening. In my opinion, we were in probably the safest place. Sunswept has to larger/taller complexes on each side of the building. I think this protected us. Yes, it was frightening but we are trying to plan our next trip to Sunswept.

This is our fifth consecutive stay at Sunswept and we have enjoyed each and every time with you. We appreciate your professionalism, attention to detail and solving any issue that might arise during our week.

Nice, clean unit. Good for 2 people. This was a small building right on the beach. The property was a little older, but this unit was nice. Can't speak for the other units in this building. Conveniently located.

Loved the location. Gulf view is absolutely beautiful. Condo was as pictured and described. Awesome view of the gulf from the patio, it's the perfect place for morning coffee. Would recommend and stay again if in Orange Beach.

We are a retired couple. This condo met our needs perfectly. Great view, very clean, comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed as I cooked most meals. Convenient location to the beach, shopping and biking. Comfortable bed. I recommend this condo without hesitation.
