Stayed Thanksgiving weekend and was great, condo was clean, updated and convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area and access to the beach was a very short walk. Can’t wait to stay again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The view and the large balcony made it all worthwhile!

The room was clean and all appliances worked properly. The view of the beach was spectacular.There are grocery stores and Walmart across the street.

The location was great .the unit was small . I thought it was priced to high for the space. BUT all in all it was a good stay

This is our 4th time staying at Sunswept. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean, served it’s purpose and we had a great time. We like the fact that Sunswept in only 8 stories tall, quicker elevator turnaround and less people competing for beach space. Conveniently located across the street from a Walmart Market Place as well.

This condo was well maintained, neat and clean. The check-in was fast with friendly agent.

Overall went very well. There was a bad outlet in the bedroom that should be checked (burned heating pad wiring) that is on the same circuit as the HVAC, but other than that - everything was perfect. The front desk was very responsive. Perfect location, comfortable bed. The TV remote didn't have batteries, but we figured out how to adjust the input with the buttons on the back.

Loved this condo. View was perfect, beach wasn’t crowded, and parking lot had security. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but that’s my preference. Overall a great stay!

The rental was just as advertised and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great location with a view of the beach from the balcony and only a few steps to the beach on one side and shopping, restaurants, etc. across the street on the other side. Close to restaurants, entertainment, other beaches, etc. Very clean and furnished well and property management staff were very professional, friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions I'd definitely stay there again!

This was our 3rd year staying at Sunswept and it didn&#x2019;t disappoint. Our condo was clean and well stocked - perfect space for me and my husband.<br/>My only complaint was that the electric outlet on balcony did not work.

Management company was easy to get in touch with and work with. The only thing missing from the facility were a hot and a fitness center. Other than that, the location was great!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. It was just the right size, had everything we needed and was right on the beach. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was quick and easy allowing us to get our vacation started right away.

Great place to stay and the staff here is amazing

Sunswept has been my go to destination in Orange Beach for many years in the past. This was a return trip for the first time since 2008. I am pleased that the facility is still clean and family friendly.

We love the Sunswept and have stayed here every year for almost 20 years. Unit 604 had updated the bathrooms and the tile looked fantastic. It's all you'll ever need.

We love our trips to OBA and this unit. This year we were lucky to make our trip in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy 2020. The area was in clean up and recovery mode, the complex was in remarkably great shape not like many others in the area, the unit was perfect, and we enjoyed our time at the coast to relax from the challenges of 2020 and Covid. The view from the balcony, the relaxing at the pool, the therapy of the beach, and the offerings of the community including of course dinner at Big Mike's makes it the perfect destination to unwind and recharge.

ONe elevator was broken. There weren't enough towels supplied. Need to look closer on what you are supplyingand the quality of supplies.

Location and comfort are excellent! We had a great, quiet stay, and the beach is wonderful in the fall! Prepare to bring things like paper towels and toilet paper, and we could never get the tv to work. We probably could have called for assistance with the tv but the quiet was actually really nice so we just didn't worry about it. Comfortable furniture, amazing views!

We've been to many beaches and stayed in many condos, but none have compared to this location. This unit was awesome in every way and the location is superior. We'll be back!!!

This is our third stay at Sunswept and the best. Our condo was perfect with a beautiful view. The pool is extremely large, clean, with lots of nice furniture. Everything you need is close by, even walking. Major grocery stores, liquor stores, souvenirs, restaurants are right there. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is great. Rachel is the best and could not have been more helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back and hopefully get 604 again.

We loved the updated condo. The bathrooms were beautiful, living room and kitchen had updated appliances and furniture. There was a problem with the balcony door and it was fixed within hours by the property management co. The only issue was the checkout time of 10 am which was really early

We enjoy the annual beach escape at Sunswept and look forward to next year.

The unit and location was lovely. I would highly recommend it to someone else.
