Our stay in 601 was great. Everything was just as pictures. The only thing the table on the balcony was broken. We had a very relaxed stay and the pool and beach was perfect. We already booked for next year.

Great location. Everything we needed was in the condo. Very Clean except for few crumbs on floor. Would have preferred more comfortable chairs on balcony & table was little warped. Overall excellent. Would rent again. A fitness center should be added.

The condo was very clean. I'm picky when it comes to bathrooms, and these were clean and nice!

Was fantastic. Room was a bit dated but very clean and plenty of room. Bathrooms had been remodeled beautifully. This unit was on corner so balcony was big with great views! I loved this building because it was not a skyscraper condo, I think only 8 floors? Therefore not a huge number of people trying to get on and off elevators. Not to mention the beach area for this building was not crazy packed because of the smaller size. Up and down the beach you could see how insanely packed those HUGE condo beaches were, Walmart right across the street not to mention restaurants and shops. Traffic was no problem in the area also. It was week of 4 of July and we were kind of regretting our decision but it was wonderful! When we go back this will definitely be where we stay! Also the security guard was always around and he was on it! That was comforting to know that he took his took his job seriously and he did it well. We spoke a couple times and I wish I had got his name. Also the staff were very friendly and always helpful, we were very impressed. See y&#x2019;all next time!<br/>

The Unit was very nice and clean! Great stay for the family! We highly recommend!!

Only thing that could make the time better is just that...MORE TIME !!! The condo was clean and comfortable. We will return..for sure !!!

Had a wonderful stay. I was pleased with how well equipped the unit was for cooking. The beds were comfy and had a wonderful view of the beach.

Perfect size for our group! It seems a bit dated and needs a few cosmetic changes but nothing interfered with our vacation. The step in the master bath took a little while to get used to. Overall, it was perfect for us and we had no issues. Check in was great and the staff was very pleasant.

We enjoyed our first vacation in more than a year at this comfortable condo. It was our first trip to Orange Beach. PROS: Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a TV in the living room and each bedroom, good wi-fi, a fine kitchen and dining area, easy access to shopping just across the street (you can even walk to shopping), and a great view. CONS: A little dated, a weird step-up to the toilet and tub in the master bedroom, and we wished for blender in the kitchen. And of course, we had to be there for the hail storm of the century! Mother nature did impressive damage to our cars on our last night there!

We have stayed at other units at this property and come back because it is a fairly good value and convenient to the beach and restaurants. It really is a nice value and maintained nicely. Overall we were very happy with it and would stay here again. Pros: it's on the beach and has a passcode protected entrance to the beach, public areas are maintained well, it is across the main road from the Wal-Mart. This unit is decorated/furnished like most others. Two of the three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. View is very nice. It was clean and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Appliances and TVs worked as expected (see below). A/C was nice and cold. Cons: Like most units of this age it has wear on it and is slightly dated. Lower condo type ceilings. Elevator can be slow at times and stairs will give you a workout. Most of the sink drains were missing their drain stems and one of the bathtubs didn't drain well. Master bath has a major design boo-boo. Toilet and tub are on a raised platform about 8 inches higher than the floor. Not good if you have arthritic knees or need to pee in the middle of the night. Similar for stepping into the bathtub in master suite. Step over the side only to be placing your foot lower than the platform you are stepping off of. Could be dangerous for elderly or persons with balance issues. No Iron or ironing board. And the fridge is not great. It takes forever to cool items and it must be a known issue because there is a laminated sign on it to NOT turn it colder because just makes the freezer colder. Says that items placed in fridge will take 24 hours to get cold. Instead of making a sign it may be time to replace the fridge with a new one that cools off your drinks a little faster. We were happy with our stay..

We have been to Sun Swept for 8 years in a row and have truly enjoyed it each year. Lord willing, we will be back again next summer!
