We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and conveniently located. It is a bit out of date but served it’s purpose. Condo is on the smaller side. It would be perfect for a couple, but a little too small for a family of four.

We received two email communications with conflicting times about checking in, which was not a big deal, but I also received a voicemail the day before saying that I needed to contact the property management company about check-in. I work fulltime, so by the time I got the message and was able to call, I had to leave a voicemail. No return call. Fast forward to the next day. Mind you, I had left several messages hoping someone would call me back. There was a note on the door saying they were closed for the day and to check back in the morning. Well, where were we supposed to stay that night?! Called the emergency number that was posted 3 times, talking to 3 different people and no one was able to help us or get anyone to call us back. A simple email or voicemail with the box code to be able to access our packet would have been great. Got a hotel for the night and went back the next day. Very unprofessional property manager, not taking any responsibility for not actually making contact with us, blaming the emergency number people for not doing their job, and a refusal to give us credit for the previous night. Loved the property and our stay, but we will never use Coastal Properties again.

Sunswept is just steps from the beach. The view is beautiful.Our condo was clean, and many things were provided. It is right across the street from 2 of the 3 grocery stores on the beach. easy driving distance from many attractions, restaurants, and bars.We had a great vacation.

We've stayed in Orange Beach six years now. This year we decided to stay two weeks. Very clean and quiet. The condo had new furniture, which we were happy to see. We've stayed in the same condo for six years. Lord willing, we'll stay here next year too.

The grounds keeper came to fix a slow tub drain and the lock on our sliding door.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to take a quite getaway! I loved having the extra 1/2 bath. The view from the balcony was amazing!

The condo was clean and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit could use a small update, as other units were being updated when we were there. There was some construction noise from the one above us, but nothing that bothered us.

The condo was exactly like the picture. It was clean, well decorated, had everything available that we needed. Staff was helpful and kind. The pool area and beach access are well taken care of and stunning! The beach was amazing!

Sun Swept was in a perfect spot. It is very conveniently located. Short driving distances to popular restaurants and of course Floa-Bama. The sand is sugary soft and the area is well maintained. The pool is also well kept and it's ground area. In our particular condo there were not enough towels,4, hand towels-2 nor wash clothes,4. Nothing at all is furnished so make sure you bring everything. I have stayed in many places and this one was the most sparsely supplied. I've There are not enough hook to hang things and no towel rack in the half bath. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Property is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and retail. I can confirm the "outdated" sofa mentioned in other reviews has been REPLACED. Owner should update pic. Unit is small but was perfect for a family of 3. Pool was large and never crowded. Older, smaller property overall meant beaches were not as crowded.

We enjoyed our stay in Sunswept unit 504. It was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a pretty and comfortable den area. Enjoyed dining on the balcony around the table then sleeping like a baby in the comfy king bed. The complex was well maintained with a great pool area and nice beach. Security is good. This is a nice place to stay.

Always a great stay. We have stayed here many many times through out the years. Smaller older complex but always updated and clean. Very convenient to every thing.

We had a perfectly lovely stay and we are looking forward to coming back! Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. All our needs were met! Of course, the best part is the beach! It was clean and beautiful! Just down the road is Gulf Shores State Park which has wonderful trails for hiking or biking. We also really enjoyed the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, FL which is less than an hour away. What I liked the most was Orange Beach isn't overly touristy. Our goal was to relax and that is what we were able to do.

A+ on location and ease in getting to the beach. Condo could be updated some but clean and worth staying there again. Office personal helpful and on the premises.

We were at Sunswept for 8 days in mid-March and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The weather was cool, and overcast but we enjoyed visiting with friends, trying new restaurants and seeing the changes in Orange Beach. The traffic patterns have changed and it is more difficult to access the Sunswept parking lot. Watch for many new u-turns that have you traveling much further than necessary.
