The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The shower in the master bath was wonderful! The convenience to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback for our month stay in January was all the construction work. First 10 days roof construction that started before 8am and lasted well past 6pm. After that was finished, several other condos were remodeling. Some would work/drill past 9:40pm, not being thoughtful to their neighbors. The leasing office was closed most of our stay. Due to illness of staff and lack of staff. We would definitely rent here again - same condo #407

We loved our condo, it was clean, ocean view, very short distance to ocean. Walmart was walking distance. Had everything we needed. We loved it!!

We stayed at Sun Swept 407 for a family vacation and all of us were very happy with the place. Overall the unit was clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a large table for dining and a kitchen with pretty much anything you would need if you want to cook. Also has a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is great and anything you need is within walking distance. Decent size balcony with nice table and chairs for morning coffee & evening <br/>relaxation. Clean pool & Excellent views of the Gulf & pool area. Very close to the beach. Has on-site security. The building does seem to be older and could use some exterior updating which looked like some was being done while we were there. Overall nice place and we would stay here again.

This is the second time we&#x2019;ve stayed in this unit. I was happy to see some things were repaired and &#x201C;tended&#x201D; to. One of my complaints was that there were not enough towels/wash cloths and no hand towels. This year, the towels didn&#x2019;t change but they did add 2 hand towels. However, there were no hot pads. <br/>This unit is great in proximity to the pool and beach. We are able to allow our tweens to go to pool and we can see them from the balcony. I also felt comfortable allowing them to visit the pool in short spurts bc it&#x2019;s so close to the beach. We love the condo location. It&#x2019;s right across from Walmart and Publix is just down the road. <br/>The unit was clean and we had no issues at all.

The condo was clean, well decorated, and just right for our family of 4. It&#x2019;s located conveniently across from Walmart and Rouses. We loved our stay.

My daughter and I have rented this same unit once a year since 2017. This 2 bed, 2 bath unit is perfect for us. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I do wish the bath towels and washclothes could get an upgrade. Bigger and softer would be nice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our condo,it was exactly what it showed on the website. The whole complex is very nice. Staff was always very friendly. This was our 2nd time there with a group of about 12 different couples and everything was great! Be back next year!

Our stay was wonderful, with good friends and good weather. <br/>The Sunswept building has been painted since last year and the building is getting new doors on all the units. Sunswept will look much nicer.

Have now stayed at this condo building twice now (2 different units), and it has been an absolute pleasure each time! Great location, super close to beach, great pool, etc. Love it here! Maintenance and office staff are both very nice and helpful. Ended up extending stay last minute for an extra day, and it was lovely!

Very clean place with plenty of room.nice people all around but the best part by far was the incredible view.

Beautiful view of the beach. Condo was clean, beds were comfy! Office staff was great!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a nice size balcony directly on the water. Location was perfect Proximity to restaurants and activities. Direct beach access via a boardwalk. The pool was great size and always clean. The unit itself as well as the surrounding areas of the condo were very clean. My family and I felt safe here and had a wonderful time. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

We have been staying at Sunswept for approximately 20 years during our beach get always. The rooms are beach front, clean, and a great beachside pool. I would highly recommend Sunswept.

Except for the hurricane, we had a great time.Great location,clean pool and awesome beach.

Condo is in great location and a good sized building. Condo was quiet but bugs in the kitchen and master bath had an uneven floor causing me to fall.
